The room was very clean, quiet, and cost appropriate. The facility was easy to access's off the freeway as I was not familiar with the area. The Check in process is very simple. The air conditioner blows very cold m. The sheets were soft and cozy.

RUN!!!! This place was awful disgusting and staff and management, which sometimes are 2 in the same. We're totally disrespectful. Must they got your money? They don't go down about you. Room at a date disgusting, so so hotel g. Ym is also the front desk AM. PM at sometimes night all day. He's also the server in the morning. So then he asked this question. Is he also housekeeping as well??? My room was disgusting.You could still see crumbs from whatever.It was still on the floor sheets dead.The bed you can tell the bed was slept in and sheets were not changed.My brother up to the g.M the guy that runs the place tried to flip and blame everything on myself

Delta airlines put us up in this hotel after a series of delays and cancellations. They did offer one hotel close to the airport but it was overbooked and sending people to other hotel further out. We had not stayed at a Best Western in 20 years and were surprised by this hotel's level of service, cleanliness and overall hospitality. Raj, the manager, was there when we arrived at 9 pm and when we left at 5 am. He is a treasure -- friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. We lived in Boston so we knew about the traffic but he wanted to make sure we knew when to leave the hotel to get to the airport. He also offered my daughter breakfast before we left. She didn't need it but it was nice of him to do. The bed was comfortable, the ac worked well, and the room was clean with a refrigerator which we needed. Also, Widowmaker Craft Brewery is next door. Of course it was closed the day we were here but they always have great beers and usually a good food truck.
