This hotel is still very good! There is legalseafood next to it, and there is also an Amc movie theater, which is only a 2-minute drive; you can print things by yourself in the lobby! ;Can dry clean clothes;
The only drawback is: the room backing to pkwy is very noisy and the floor is very thin. When I brought my child with me, I got a complaint from downstairs and had to change rooms midway!
I think the service is okay, but I think it's not considerate enough when it comes to customer demands! The second time I stayed there, I asked for a room away from the highway, but the front desk still gave me a room next to the highway! It wasn't until I said I wanted to check out and change hotels that their manager changed the room for me!
If they tell the front desk that this is the only room available, don't believe them! He's so scheming at this point, and I really can't understand such a trick! Shouldn’t we try our best to meet customer requirements?

Enjoyed our stay. Quiet, clean, well appointed room and bathroom. Beds were comfortable Wonderful breakfast. One of the nicest Marriott properties we have stayed at. Check-in/out was easy. Staff were pleasant and helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

Excellent hotel for business with very clean rooms and friendly & professional staff. Shout out to Michele and Michael at the front desk for their friendliness. Rooms were nicely appointed and quiet. Very good breakfast buffet with multiple options. Would highly recommend the Residence Inn.

The customer service at this hotel is excellent! The staff are super friendly and welcoming. The staff working at the front desk and the people in a supervisor position are all professional and courteous. I locked myself out of my room and they were quick to help me. The hotel is clean and there is a variety of food for breakfast. I will definitely stay here again when I am in town!
