The room was large with a good bathroom but a shower would have been better than climbing into a bath. The breakfast was buffet style and a varied choice including alternative dairy options my disappointment was the orange juice which was not undiluted. The lifts were large enough to accommodate wheel chairs."

"Hotel was nice, room was lovely, they provided me with one with a bath and a “quiet room” as requested. Adriana at the front desk was honestly amazing. Went out of her way to help me with any request. Also, to say she’s never pulled a pint before, she pulled an absolute blinder of a pint for me! Hotel was great overall and the lovely staff just top it off. Only shame was the no food on a Sunday…wasn’t that clear as I was initially invited to book a table… anyway, I would stay again, probably on a Saturday as I could try the food then! Thanks guys :)"

"Great location and easy to find. Arrived at 21:30 at night and was leaving being 09:30 in the morning so didn’t have to pay for parking which was a nice surprise. Open to public Tesla Superchargers in the car park which I used. Just don’t do what someone else did and leave your car connected all night as there’s a £1 per minute idle fee which is charged after you’ve finished charging. Room nice and large with a very comfortable larger than king size bed. Will definitely stay here again."

"The hotel is beautiful , the room was lovely but there was a huge wedding on which was so so loud. It looked beautiful and yes it’s a wedding venue but it’s a Tuesday night and I think people should be informed before spending a lot of money. I love a good wedding but to be listening to such loud music until very very late is quite unfair when you have to be up at 6am. This hotel should not accept business guests."

"They didn't return my £100 deposit - Avoid!! I stay in approx. 5 hotels a month on average for work. Sometimes I book a room/apartment. This place was close to where I was working the next day. I stayed here alone. Pictures looked great, so I paid my additional deposit (nowhere else typically asks for this - this should have been the first red flag!!!) I arrived to someone unconscious on the pavement outside! That was an issue in itself. Outside smells of **** / wee. I'm fairly streetwise, but it really didn't feel great here. I don't know if I'd go as far as saying I felt unsafe but I was certainly feeling vigilant!!! I actually got into the apartment after some phone calls. It was evening by the time I arrived and all I had planned to do was watch some TV before bed and then work the next day. I didn't use the kitchenette, it seemed alright, typical Ikea, if a little basic. The bathroom was 'ok' but I was sort of glad I didn't need to use the shower. There were no 'views of the city' unless you mean the street/alley. There was plenty of exterior noise, which you can't always prevent and have to allow for so that's not a gripe as it is in the city centre. The furniture was broken and in need of repair, I'm glad I didn't need to use it. It felt "cheap" and a bit cold/unwelcoming - a stark contrast to the pictures which sell a romanticised version. The lights beside the bed didn't work. I barely left a footprint in the property and they haven't to this day returned my £100 deposit - even though I've asked multiple times. I've chalked this one up to experience - a bad one!!! I think if I were to advise anyone, I say give this one a swerve, it's not worth it."
