"Location I traveled for work. What I don’t like the £50 they collect from costumers security fees you didn’t mention. I barely saw any receptionist in the morning to talk to. Never again in that hotel. Although the man who came for check in was very late but he was polite. I’ll never do it again."

"Stayed here for a family wedding. Check in was 3pm we arrived at 4pm and the room wasn't ready. Luckily we were able to camp put on a relatives room as we had kids with us. Went back after a while the room was partially ready. We paid an additional £25 to have the sofa bed made however this wasn't done so had to request this twice. The late check in made us miss the drinks reception. We also got given the wrong room keys twice. When your paying over the odds for what u get service like this is frustrating. On getting in the room it was a rushed clean vile remote other people hair and dust was visible. The sofa bed mattress was barley a mattress super thin. General service by the hotel staff was appalling to be honest and you can tell there is no consistency with training. There seemed to be no concern that our room wasn't ready for the confirmed time, or the bed wasn't made etc which just left us dumbfounded in a business of hospitality. We paid £170 for a room. A partially ready room that was not ready for the confirmed check in time. That made us late for the reception. This did not include breakfast. This hotel is a case of spending on the aesthetics but it is not backed by a well serviced team. And to be honest that's what makes a great hotel"

"We wanted a nice place to stop for the weekend as we was attending a wedding. We loved the room it was lit with LED when we arrived which was fully adjustable. Very clean and everything you need for a nice getaway. Comfortable bed. The only issue was a few people coming and going making a bit of noise but this isn’t the fault of the owners. We will stop again for sure"
