It was clean. No bugs or unsanitary conditions. Great WIFI connection, accessible parking, and clean linens. Owners were polite and responsive.

Upon arrival, trash was left out and around, bed was not made and had dirty sheets, no toilet paper.

It was fine for the three days that I stayed but I thought the neighborhood was a bit run down. It would be nice if soap was provided in the shower area. The price was reasonable.

My stay was absolutely wonderful! The location is great, very convenient. The place itself is extremely comfortable, cozy, and it had everything we needed. The hosts were kind and attentive. It was truly worth every minute.

Mini vaca
Fully enjoyed our stay. Perfect for couples. Very clean. We brought our boat, at the end of our stay we found there is a boat launch in the neighborhood which is very convenient (you just have to call the number on the sign to use) overall we would stay again, and recommend to others.

GROUPER SUITE
It was perfect for us and the dogs. The doggies had a nice little enclosed yard to play in. Dave loved sitting in the enclosed patio for a smoke. We loved the cottage setup. The bed was so comfortable and the bedroom had everything we needed. The kitchen/living was a great setup too.

Like the specious living area. Laundry was convenient. But very noisy. Did not like that the code didnt work on the front door. They did not fix in the 6 days we were there. Great location. Beach isnt too far.
