Fantastic location with convenient parking. The overall environment is lovely, and the cleanliness is impeccable. Plus, the rooms are really spacious!

This is the only place I stay when visiting Vegas.  I'm here 2-3 times a month.  I am not a fan of the strip,  this is perfectly located nearby, if I needed to be by the strip.

The lobby was stunning and the air was fresher than a lot of other hotels. The room was nicely cleaned and held up and the feel of it was comfortable. Had a little trouble sleeping because the walls are thin and the people next door kept screaming, but overall it was a nice experience.

On website it states price with hotel fees. I paid trip.com $61.00 and was told to pay hotel $30.00 somewhat dollars upon arrival…. THIS IS FALSE BECAUSE AS SOON AS I ARRIVED HOTEL WANTED AN EXTRA $100 from me. I did not do a one night stay at that hotel due to this false advertising!!! I spoke to Chime and Trip.com customer service. Now if i was told i would be charged an extra $100. I would of never had tried to book a stay. Im not trying to hustle money from Aliante ******, Chime, or Trip.com. I am only wanting my own money back from trip.com in which i was denied. No one knows my financial situation but $61.00 means a lot to me. Now i paid for part of a stay that i NEVER GOT TO SLEEP IN… so if my $61.00 means that much to this company TRIP.com. Which is bull because im pretty sure the company is making billions. BE CAREFUL WHAT U PURCHASE WITH THIS COMPANY BECAUSE ITS NOT WHAT IT CUTS OUT TO BE… never will i deal with this company because customer service is not their specialty🤬🤬🤬

Travelled to vegas for a conference, and decided to choose this hotel from the reviews and pictures. The place is lovely. Near to fremont and i had a great nite of sleep.

My room, the hotel, and restaurant were all top quality but my review is for another reason - the SECURITY crew. I had a medical emergency on the day I should have checked out. The Security department sent up two guys that were so nice, reassuring, and professional. They were good listeners and called the paramedics to my room, staying with me until they arrived. I'm sure this was procedure but they never made me feel like an imposition. I couldn't check out and drive so extended my stay. A Security employee brought my paperwork to the room and later, I wound up having to call again to get to an ER. A different Security pair came to my room and were as nice and caring as the guys in the morning. I've never experienced an issue like this before - I was alone and far from any family. I really appreciate how nice your Security employees were to me on that difficult day.

The location was good. They didn’t tell me that they hold $100 when you book. But that was explained after the fact. The only con was the towel when I arrived had a hair on it. But the housekeeping provided clean towels promptly. The hotel doesnt provide microwaves and we had to go down 2 floors to get ice. There’s no ice machine on the 12th floor.

Location is perfect many restaurants around the hotel but only 27 channels on the tv

-Great location. Walking distance to everything on Fremont St but far away enough that the noise from Fremont isn't bothersome.
-Nice and clean and the room didn't have any bad smells.
-Nice sized clean pool! The water was freezing cold. I would have enjoyed being in it more if it was slightly warm - but my friends loved it! The only thing I would change is adding more umbrellas and lounge chairs and maybe have a bar up there or have a casino server periodically check the pool for people wanting drinks.

Would absolutely stay again!

We had a great time. We had a beautiful room and it was spotless. I highly recommend Horseshoe hotel and casino.

My husband and I booked the King Deluxe, and upon inspecting the room, I can see that the furniture was not cleaned, it was old and dusty and had stains on it.  The carpet looked like it hadn't been clean in years.  The room had a bad smell to it, the bathroom area was pretty decent.  I've stayed at Ameristar a few times, and I can honestly say, this was one of the worse experiences I had staying there.  Ameristar PLEASE DO BETTER!
