A spacious two-story dock allows plenty of room for sunbathing, swimming, and simply enjoying the water. The swim deck and swim ladder, as well as provided kayaks and paddle boards, allow the kids and kids-at-heart hours of fun in the water. There is one slip available if you would like to bring your own boat or rental. 4 adult life jackets and 1 child life jacket are provided.A favorite feature of the house is the breathtaking sunsets, creating an unforgettable backdrop for evening gatherings.
