Beautiful, brand new (October 2022) home right on the lake across from a great marina. If there is a happening place in Conroe, this Marina would be the place. Guests could easily boat or kayak to dinner and/or shopping. We provide two kayaks and one paddle board for your use. Our home is 3 stories with 5 large bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms- sleeping 12. We have a private boat dock and lift for a vhull boat and a jet ski, two balconies and a patio. All bedrooms are on the second and third floors so stairs are required. We’ve set up a couple of different work areas for those of you that can’t completely break away from the grind. Each room is equipped with a smart TV. We have a large game room fully equipped with pool table, lots of games, karaoke and a Wii U. We’ve truly tried to provide our guests with anything they could possibly need. We hope above all, that our guests notice that we tried to make our place a home away from home. We are a single family home but still close to our neighbors. We therefore, need to be respectful of both privacy and noise. If you are looking for a place to “party it up” we are probably not your place! Lake ConRoy Manor is a mini resort to say the least! The house is a 4 bedroom and 3 bath, with a 5th bedroom in a cute, cubby loft. Please note the 5th bed/loft is accessed via short wall ladder just inside front door (see pictures). The home also has a big front porch as well as a nice size screened-in back porch off the living room, which is perfect for enjoying your morning coffee, plus Master BR off kitchen has a private porch. Pool table and dart board are located in front living area as you enter the home, plus a huge kitchen and dining room bar. And our pool table has a custom table top that can be utilized for up to 10 to dine together seating is stools though. Our Manor Home sits on 5 acres and is completely fenced in, however, please note a portion of the outdoor areas such as the private swimming pond, sand volleyball, horse shoes, etc. are shared spaces with two other rental units on the property. It's a wonderful private mini-resort experience!ADDITIONAL GUESTS:Our properties are competitively priced for couples to enjoy affordable weekend getaways together.
