Luxury woods surround the property for relaxing, family time, or a great nature get away, perfect in any season. You will be welcomed by a stone gate and quarter-mile driveway lined by maples with plenty of outdoor parking available in front of the house. Only a 1.5 hour drive from the Twin Cities! Discover the beauty of Cumberland from this 3-bedroom cabin. Whether you like to fish, kayak, tube, waterski, cross country ski, snowmobile or just RELAX, the GABin is the place for you! This lakehouse has a beautiful view, which can be enjoyed from the dock, large back deck, or almost every room in the house. The property defines relaxation and can accommodate up to 8 people with 3 bedrooms (2 Queen beds and 1 King), and additional sleeping space in the basement (futon) . The comfortable Great Room has a gas fireplace, adjoins the dining area and open design kitchen, which is well-equipped for creating those tasty vacation meals. Amenities like AC (mini split units), WiFi, and a washing machine ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The basement provides a wonderful recreation space for kids and adults alike. There is a large air hockey table that can also be converted to a ping pong table, and a large screen smart TV. All TV's are smart TV's, available for you to use your login for any streaming service you have. Outside, you have a wonderful flat space in the front, with a fun tire swing for the kids. In the back, it's just a short and gentle walk down to the lake. We have provided 2 kayaks and paddles, as well as 1 lilypad that stays in the water (summer months only). There are some adult life jackets available. You are welcome to use the dock to park your own boats or other watercrafts. The lake is great for recreational use, as well as fishing. Catch musky, sunnys, panfish, northerns, and more! Nearby, you will find the beautiful town of Cumberland, vibrant with small-town festivals, great coffee shops, bars and local restaurants. Everything within a 15 minute drive. **Please note - we want you to have an incredible stay, but with neighbors on both sides of us if you are looking for a "party house" this isn't the property for you.
