Amazing service, amazing breakfast! The staff were so kind and helpful with everything and they are the sweetest people ever! Love how everything is super neat and tidy and near South Bay where you can basically buy everything you need there! Would recommend to stay here again!

LOCATION: excellent location with easy access to all major areas in Boston. Merely 7-8 minutes walk to the Red Line Andrews station (only 2 and 3 stations away from South Station and Downtown Crossing respectively). ROOM: very spacious (which is very important and very rare among hotels in Boston) and clean with huge bed and comfy pillows. We had kitchenette and a fridge in our room which suits us perfectly. There is also laundry room and gym on ground floor. Both the environment and the room were very quiet and we never experienced any noise. BREAKFAST: while we noted some negative feedback about the breakfast in previous reviews, we, however, enjoyed the breakfast very much, with good selections for our needs. I especially enjoyed making the waffle every morning. STAFF: very helpful and friendly and responsive PRICE: excellent value for money and we will surely stay in this hotel again if we ever visit Boston again.

The breakfast is good and the room is huge

The overall feeling is good. The room is relatively large and new, with kitchen facilities such as refrigerator, dishes, cutlery, microwave, dishwasher, etc. However, the sound insulation is average and it feels a bit noisy on weekends.

Five people, paid extra to book a room with double beds. After arriving at the hotel, the hotel said that the Ctrip system submitted a regular double bed room, and it was full that day and could not be changed. Ctrip did not come forward to solve the problem, and asked the five people to make do with one night. The next day, they changed the room, but it was not the standard I booked. From beginning to end, the hotel and Ctrip did not solve the problem

It is not far from downtown Boston and has convenient transportation. There is a subway that takes about ten minutes to walk. The bus is more convenient and is not far from the hotel. There is a large supermarket shopping mall nearby, and food and supplies are easy to buy. The room is large and the facilities are relatively new. The disadvantage is that even if you arrive at the hotel at 10:00 in the morning, you can't check in even if there is a room available, which is very impersonal.
