Friendly and helpful staff here, but wifi often extremely slow or non-existent, an on-going issue reception told me. And what kind of $200/night hotel warns guests they are only entitled to one sachet of instant coffee for their whole stay! (see pic)

Such an amazing place. It has everything you need and more. We have stayed here twice when on a ski holiday and both occasions have been equally great! The staff are helpful, the rooms are always clean and made up. There is a great selection of food, so everyone can find something to eat! The location is ideal for skiing, you are right at the bottom of the slopes! The pool and spa area is sublime! But the real showstopper is the bar area, with an open fire and live music! Couldn’t recommend this place enough!

Lovely hotel and helpful staff. Can't wait to come back. The food was great, rooms were cosy and clean. The children enjoyed the pool.

Everything was good.The place is beautiful.Everybody in the hotel was very kind and helpful.The breakfast was good but the time for opening would be better to be from 7:30 to 7:00 better.The food at the restaurant was great.We had a room with view and was great.

An awesome place in Borovets. Room was good and very clean, it had everything we need. The breakfast and dinner were very good and it can satisfy all the taste. SPA center is very good. Swimming pool, sauna, turkish bath, and different massages. Around the hotel were the two lifts for the mountain, as well as rental bike center.

Hotel is very good, excellent position, rooms modern, nicely designed. Parking in front of hotel included in price. SPA one of the best in region, big pool. Food was good too. As it was not first time to visit this hotel, we noticed that the quality went a bit down compared with the past - the choice of bathroom amenities (gel, shampoo,..) is exepected to be better for such hotel. Also, service in the bar not at expected lecel, we had the case that the guy was serving ice cream and touching cones with his hands, no gloves or napkins and obviously trying to serve less than what was mentioned in menu. However, we felt good and we will come back hoping the hotel will improve those small issues.

Very good hotel. Everything was good and clean. The only thing is that twice during our stay the room was not cleaned and trash not taken out and towels not replaced although on the floor.
