We liked that it was in city centre and close to transport. The room was spacious and facilities good. There was a shared lounge and kitchen area together with an outside court yard. The kitchen is well set up with everything needed. Pierre the owner is very obliging. Overall a pleasant place to rest your head.

I believe that my booking was switched from a loft apartment to a room.I shared my disfavor with the owner. He claimed that I booked the smaller room. I did not.
There were ants in the kitchen and in the bathroom.
My holiday was spoiled.

A must stay in Bordeaux!
The pictures do not do this place justice. We were shocked when we walked in to see how beautiful and spacious it was. The best location as well, we were right in the city and the apartment had a beautiful small terrace overlooking the city. The bathroom was gorgeous and had plenty of room for a family. All the appliances worked well and we could even do some laundry. Our host was very responsive and helpful. We absolutely loved our stay and will be back soon! Very convenient location!

Nice place, great location, poor managment
This is advertised as a hotel, which it is not. We booked thinking we had an apartment with two bedroom only to find we were sharing with another couple. Cleaning staff banged on our bedroom doors on saturday morning asking for room payment and once we were up they started to clean the apartment whilst we were trying to sit around and relax.
The apartment is a nice clean, well presented building in a wonderful location but I think the owners need to think about how they market this property, I believe it is misleading and I dont appreciate turning up for a weekend to find complete strangers sharing the place with us.
