The staff at the reception are not trained: I had to insist not to pay for the prepaid hotel nights online. My room 129 was not serviced for 4 days. I had difficulty collecting my invoices from reception at the end of my stay. The staff is not trained and is not very courteous. I will not recommend your hotel. Booked last minute on the way back from the trip. It was around 11:30 pm, and many hotels were no longer accepting reservations. We arrived in Bordeaux very late driving from Normandy. The order was taken very quickly, which pleased us. The hotel is located near the IKEA Business Center in Bordeaux, surrounded by many hotels of the same group and different brands. The room is not big, parking is very convenient, and the breakfast does not have many types but meets basic needs. We are quite satisfied with this IBIS hotel.

Pas de double vitrage. Ca reste un établissement ancien. On entend les voitures et motos jusqu'à 3h du matin donc pas facile pour bien dormir.

Buen hotel para turistas low-cost en Burdeos. Muy cerca de la parada de tram C y a 20 min del mismo centro. Parking gratuito. Habitaciones dobles y dobles con litera. El recepcionista que nos atendió por la tarde era muy amable y hablaba un perfecto Español.
