Aparthotel Adagio Bordeaux Gambetta

location is great. room is spacious with balcony but it's not up to normal hotel cleanliness standard as toilet was a bit smelly while blankets & fitted sheet were not clean for the sofa bed so we had to change. since it's an aparthotel, by default, no tidy up service in room while changing of towels require extra cost

We are in France.. French service. Do not expect much of fitness room. Only moving mashines, nothing else. did not use breakfast. Good location. Room had small kitchen, fridge and washing mashine! with tablets. And it is quite in November.

We stayed here for 4 days and loved our stay. Very spacious studio apartment with everything we needed including a balcony space to step out onto. Lovely communal terrace and very good location, central to access the main areas of Bordeaux. We would definitely choose to stay here again if we return to Bordeaux.

We really enjoyed our two-night stay here. The hotel is really well located in the heart of the city, clean, comfortable, with friendly and helpful staff. Our room was clean and spacious, and the mini-apartment idea works well: there is a small sink and hob, so you can cook a simple meal in the room if you wish. Breakfast very good. Overall, good value for money, and we’d definitely stay here again.

This hotel has its pros and cons, making it an average option. On the positive side, it’s conveniently located in the heart of the old town, within walking distance of numerous restaurants, shops, museums, and the Mieradeck shopping mall. The rooms are spacious and well-appointed. The staff is friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with any questions or concerns. However, there are a few drawbacks. The air conditioning is advertised, but it’s not very effective. The temperature fluctuates between 22-24 degrees, which is uncomfortable for those accustomed to sleeping in cooler temperatures. This made it difficult to get a good night’s rest. Additionally, the laundry facilities are limited, with only two washers and one dryer, which may not be practical for larger families. Lastly, depending on your upstairs neighbors, the thin walls can make it sound like they’re moving furniture early in the morning.
