Concernant le petit-déjeuner le pain est servi à la demande si bien qu'il a fallu attendre longtemps avant que le buffet ne soit réapprovisionné. Dommage ! Le personnel n'anticipe pas assez les demandes.

Got there from an overseas flights and took a shower early afternoon. Asked for additional towels as only 2
were in the room for a double occupancy.
Went downstairs to ask for more for a later shower and was given attitude for daring asking for additional towels. This is supposedly the higher end of ibis hotels chain.
1/2 coffee machines were not operating as always needed to be fixed by the staff who really didn’t seem to care as people were lining up to the only machine available.
Very poorly managed. Only young staff and no senior managers on site.
Staff seem to not care at all and super rude.
During the checkout someone knocked at our door 15 minutes after the deadline for our checkout.
Again was given attitude telling us it’s time to leave the room despite all the issues we encountered.
Area is ok just ahead of tram station. That’s the only benefit.
We will not stay there again.

Déçu c’est dommage
Je suis déçu je fais exclusivement des hôtels ibis et celui-là m’a déçu par son fonctionnement. Un parking est inaccessible une porte de chambre je dois mettre un coup de pieds dedans pour l’ouvrir. Une carte pour ouvrir la chambre qui marche une fois sur deux surtout quand vous êtes monté à l’étage et qu’il faut redescendre. Et une clim qui ne fait que siffler. Je ne pense pas revenir dans cet établissement

Will Stay Again.
All staff were friendly and very helpful. Continental breakfast was very good, better than we anticipated. Great location for transport as tram just 100 meters up the road.
Bathroom a little awkward but does the job. Room clean. Will definitely use this hotel again.

Bad experience,
I booked 15 rooms for this weekend, 14 in the Ibis Merideck Center and one here, was very disappointed in this hotel. I have stayed in the Ibis Merideck Center which is about 500 meters down the same road and it is 100% better. This was supposed to be an upgrade but the rooms were the same only much older, the staff were unfriendly and not helpful. The hotel restaurant has very limited opening hours. The breakfast was ok.. but they offer fresh orange and the machine didn't work for the entire time we stayed..
