Shangri-La Boracay

Excellent organization of meeting and departure by the hotel. We arrived later than the regular schedule and consider the payment of 1000 pp for an individual boat very reasonable. The hotel has a large green area. We had a room with a stunning view of the beach and the sea. We repeatedly ordered food to the room and dined at sunset. The room is cleaned perfectly. They constantly delight with pleasant surprises: they put wine, fruits, handmade candies, once they prepared a bath with petals. Of course, small tips make everyone very happy! The beach is clean. The service on the beach is also excellent. Soft mattresses on the sun loungers, fluffy large towels. Champagne and wine are served in chilled glasses 👍🏻We were unlucky with the weather - it rained almost constantly, but we still managed to swim with masks once. The hotel organized a pleasant individual boat trip for us to several reef spots. It costs a little more than taking a trip on the side, but at least it includes towels/water and individual service. We went to the spa. A pleasant experience, but unexpectedly expensive by Asian standards. I was also surprised by the greatly exceeded deposit, withdrawn from the card, and the expected return within 15 days was also not pleasing. Keep this in mind and leave the deposit in cash. All prices in restaurants are very high and the food is not always tasty, unfortunately. In the Mediterranean restaurant (upstairs) the prices are completely sky-high (in accordance with the location, I guess). Breakfast is large and varied. There are few fruits and for some reason not sweet. The mango is small and sour, there was never a lychee, we also did not see papaya/rambutan/mangosteen. Pineapple is more or less, but not always. We went to the gym every day. Towels, water with cucumber, apples) There are also saunas there, but we did not go to them. We walked everywhere. We are happy about this and did not feel any problems with the location of the rooms. However, we noticed that buggies are constantly running and from everywhere they offer to send a car for you. Finally) we flew on a helicopter. Despite the short period of time, the route is sufficient for familiarization. The aircraft is new, the pilot is pleasant in appearance and communication. We recommend ordering on the piano at the hotel. In general ... if you really want to go to Boracay 🫣 then choose this hotel. Enjoy beautiful wedding ceremonies and mesmerizing sunsets.

The top floor of the treehouse has beautiful views, and the private beach is clean and quiet. I haven’t seen colorful hermit crabs in a long time. Friends who live in Boracay said that this private beach still retains the original appearance of nature. The barbecue seafood platter by the beach pool is huge. for stunning

The second time I stayed there, I didn't arrive until 9pm. I kept contacting the hotel to arrange a car to pick me up but no one answered the phone. When I checked in, I said I was going to the shopping street the next day, and she told me it was free. Then she called a tricycle for me the next day. When I got off the car, the driver kept asking me for the fare. Ctrip contacted the hotel and they said it was free only if they sent me to the airport. ***, such a big hotel is really disgusting
