Be careful if you are booking this hotel and you have kids. I booked for 2 adults and 1 kid, however, upon checking -in, the hotel staff informed me that I have to pay the child as Trip.com has no authority to charge for the stay of kids. There is nothing on the voucher indicating that I have to pay. Later, we found out that the problem was between the hotel and the supplier. I was not not a smooth experience. Also, the food selection was not great. The restaurant was small and the food selection is just okay (we had to wait for some food trays to be refilled). The coffee and chicken congee are decent. Also, this is not near the front beach. You have to walk for around 10 minutes.

one of the best hotels in Boracay. Very cozy clean. The Staff are friendly. The food is okay. It's just far from the beach. No beach view but the place itself is okay. We'd love to go back to Boracay and stay in other Hennan hotels. 😃👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍 The pool temperature is calming. The sheets are clean and complete toiletries. There's a lot of koi fish that my daughter enjoyed.The hotel even gave us complimentary chocolate treats that we loved. We felt the summer vibe in this hotel. The pool has its own mini bar and we enjoyed drinks. thank you Hennan. Til next time. 🥰🥰🥰

Had an amazing trip!! Sarah and Nico at the breakfast were absolutely the best part of my visit. They were accommodating and showed me true hospitality. There was another staff member that was great but I unfortunately can not remember their name.
