The amenities and location is good, accessible and fun amenities specially we have kids during the stay. But we hope they can be a bit considerate on some matters like their complimentary water they use glass bottles, placed in the fridge and upon opening the cap it suddenly cracked and we paid 350 for it easily. Whenever we borrow a plate in our room we are also asked to pay 150. We tried to borrow an umbrella as it was raining hard when we were already in the lobby and having our early check out and then the front desk was asking for us to deposit 2k..HAHA 2k for borrowing an umbrella?!? But we appreciate their housekeeping though very accommodating.

Excellent location, all infrastructure nearby. The hotel has good breakfasts, and a very decent buffet for dinner. The territory is well-kept, with a wonderful garden.

Loved our stay! The room was super spacious, service was great, and the buffet breakfast was really good, lots of halal food options. Plus, it’s really close to the beach. Overall, super happy with everything. Will definitely book again!

I am disheartened for so many reasons. First, when we came inside the room, there's a foul smell. We informed the front desk & they sent someone to spray the room. Then there are mosquitoes, i informed the front desk too. When we left the room, they did spray, yet there were still mosquitoes. I also need to request for the supplies every day, which I shouldn't because it should be automatically placed upon making up the room. We stayed there with my hubby & 5yo son for 5 days & 4 nights.

So much fun in Boracay. Beach front, swimming pool, very safe locations and staff are friendly, polite and helpful. Highly recommended to friends relatives and family. Will book again next time.
