Hotel is slightly laid back from the beach, breakfast was very basic, rooms are old and look worn out. T*** was my 4th time in Boracay and I wouldn’t stay at Uptown hotel again. Also one the hotel morning reception staff…. I think *** name was ***** was *******************. Whatever *** ******** orientation is, t*** should not be pushed upon hotel guests. Be more professional please!!!

Our main door have problem closing, and the pillows and bed have smell. Please fix those, staff are very accomodating and good.

The place is falling apart. Facilities are old. Lamp shade you have to unplug from the power point as the on/off button is gone. Toilets look like a public toilets. Toiletries and hair dryer you got to ask. Beddings/Linen should be thrown away as it was so thin it's see through is that old! Colours of beddings are grey instead of white - they have no idea how to laundry hotel linens. No confidence it was clean eg linen has stain and quilt covers falling apart.
The beach front restaurant is good but that's what deceive you in thinking it's a nice hotel, IT'S NOT!
Staff tries hard but obviously the management and owner don't care about the state of their hotel - looks so derelict not funny. Rust everywhere.
