Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this hotel. We stayed with two families. The rooms were damp, smelled of moisture, diaper rash. Blackened furniture, walls and doors. Horrible. No duvet covers, blanket between sheets. It is unpleasant to be in the rooms. We booked rooms with a view of the pool, they are more expensive. They asked us to move without a refund, but there were no available rooms. The photos did not correspond to reality. The rooms are near the pool on the first floor, people were constantly walking past the rooms, for breakfast, to the beach. Those who were relaxing and splashing in the pool, this was near our room. Noise, hubbub from vacationers and humidity. You could say there were no windows in the room, because they were always closed because of strangers passing by, light did not get into the room and because of this there was a lot of humidity in the room. Breakfasts are good, the hotel is in a good location. The service did not respond to comments, they spoke later. I gave my clothes to the laundry, they returned them to me the next day unwashed. We booked at the spa reception, but when we finally came for a massage at the spa, we were told that there was no booking. Total disappointment with this hotel.

I didn't like the hotel. Disadvantages: 1. No dryers on the balconies; 2. The glass on the balcony is dirty, all smeared; 3. The bathroom constantly smells of vinegar, everything is old and grimy; 4. The air conditioner is built-in to the ceiling, the controls are on the wall. At night it constantly turned on by itself and I had to get up 5 times a night and turn it off; 5. Instead of a duvet cover and a normal blanket - a blanket between two sheets. It's so inconvenient! 6. Noisy ventilation around the clock; 7. I paid extra money specifically for a view of the pool, but I didn't expect that the view would be so sad, right next to the neighbors' windows; 8. The sink for washing is next to the bed! 9. The door to the next room! 10. There was no safe, we requested one separately, so it is not secured in any way; 11. For some reason there is a mini-kitchen area with a microwave and a sink opposite the beds - useless in my opinion. Pros: 1. Breakfasts are good, there is a variety every day; 2. The staff is responsive. And there is just a ton of it. At the pool, they watch the children very carefully; 3. Right on the beach; 4. There is a cool roof with a view of the beach; 5. The glass walls of the pool on one side allow you to take cool photos.

I liked everything, the service was good, the exit from the hotel was right on the beach, good breakfasts. I didn't like how the room was designed, the sink for washing was right next to the bed, as was the shower, I would like it to be a separate room, maybe for someone this will be important.
