The room is very good and clean. There are 3 bunk beds in the room. Each bed has a privacy curtain, lights and sockets, which is very convenient. There are also 6 lockers with hooks on the wall and a bathroom. Separated, the shower water is hot and loud, very comfortable. The front desk staff were very helpful and enthusiastic, and provided a lot of help, such as buying bus tickets and other information. The hotel provides free coffee and hot water, and breakfast can be ordered for an additional fee of 20-25 Colombian soles. Very nice hotel.

Me quedé dos días en el hostel y todo fue excelente. El personal fue súper amable y siempre dispuesto a ayudarme con cualquier duda. El desayuno y la comida estaban deliciosos, y la atención en general fue de lo mejor. La host, Sara, fue increíblemente simpática y atenta. Además, los eventos organizados son perfectos para quienes viajan solos, ya que permiten conocer gente y sentirse acompañado. ¡La pasé increíble y sin duda lo recomendaría!

Excelentes bebidas y comida Jay el chico de la barra me dio un cóctel increíble, además es muy lindo, la comida muy fresca y deliciosa, excelente música en el lugar, todo muy bonito, excelente lugar para visitar ambientado y con diferentes planes para los turistas

i loved saris and john was the best!!!!! made my trip better place is comfortable and clean. I loved the spa but what was the best was the events and people who work there specially john and saris they are super careful and friendly. They helped me to make friends and made my experience even better

When I first arrived in Bogota I had a different Hostel booked, I didn’t like it so I cancelled and decided to try out the Viajero. I was welcomed very well by Juanita. After staying here for 5 days, I have had an amazing experience with the vibes. Also cant forget the amazing staff, Paula and Alejo.
