The location is fantastic! A large shopping mall is just a 10-minute walk away, making dining and shopping super convenient. The room was clean and tidy. Breakfast was decent, offering some local specialties.

As expected from DoubleTree, this hotel truly delivered. The property itself has a grand feel, the breakfast spread was generous, and the rooms were spotless. A police station conveniently located directly across the street also means safety is absolutely not a concern.

The place was very nice, clean room every day, restaurant staff was excellent, I had surgery and they took care of any request, very good stay, only thing missing is a bit of activities or an additional restaurant.

Recommended by a client, this hotel is conveniently located about 8 km from the airport, a roughly 20-minute ride-hail away. Getting to surrounding areas by taxi or ride-share is also very convenient. With a police station directly across the street, I felt incredibly safe and secure! P.S. Just a heads-up: many areas in the city center are currently under road and subway construction, leading to significant traffic congestion.

The hotel's shuttle service is back this year, which is super convenient. You can catch the shuttle at Gate 1 on the 1st floor of the airport. They'll send you a timetable once you've booked. Breakfast is decent, and luggage storage is available. While the windows don't open, the view is still quite nice.

No pool, limited breakfast options. Otherwise, it was fine.

This is my go-to hotel whenever I'm in Bogotá for business. The police station directly across the street provides a great sense of security, which is a major plus for foreigners like myself who might be mindful of safety. Moreover, the largest GE mall is just about a 5-minute walk away, offering excellent convenience for shopping and dining. It's also quite close to Monserrate Hill. The availability of airport shuttle service further adds to its appeal, making it a truly worthwhile choice.

The hotel boasts a good location, conveniently close to the airport. Situated directly across from a police station and seemingly surrounded by upscale residential areas, the security felt excellent. A large shopping mall is also just a 10-minute walk away. Breakfast was quite good, with options that suited local palates well. The hotel restaurant also offered very generous portion sizes for meals. However, the cleanliness was a slight concern. During my multi-night stay, I woke up on two separate nights to use the bathroom and unfortunately spotted cockroaches.

Room is comfortable, spacious and in a safe neighborhood. Very clean rooms and amenities are okay. Love the cookie! Located to a nearby mall. Breakfast is delicious.

One receptionist doesn’t understand English well but seems like pretending she does, most of them, asked for a room extension for 6 days from my booking. She (Anne) asked for a passport and have waited 10-15 mins at the reception thinking that she already extended the room and activated the keys. But she did not, I even asked for cooking utensils but what she understood was if I asked for another key or extra key when I asked for cooking utensils. I said no, but she gave me extra key and then I repeated that I was asking for cooking utensils she said okay and someone will bring them in the room. But no one did, and the room wasn’t extended. Was disturbed thrice by phone calls from reception saying that I need to check out, and cleaning staff even knocked on the door and opened it when I was about to open the door, and was half naked, and no one brought the cooking utensils needed to call again for them to bring one cause receptionist clearly isn’t attentive on what I’ve told her or just did not really understand English too well. It’s okay if she doesn’t, but the disturbance and all the inconvenience it brought were hilarious! Pros: 10-15mins away from the airport, restaurant is 24 hours open so room service is 24 hours as well. Room is spacious as well as the bathroom, I booked the King room with a kitchenette, it was great. There’s a person performed at Thursday night, not sure if the performance is every night he sings and plays saxophone on every guests’ tables. Seems like a 5 star hotel, but super budget-wise. Worth the price! If not for the receptionist who ruined my stay. It’s my fifth night, will be staying here for 5 nights more. Will be staying here for 3 nights only but would probably extend if in case I needed more rest from business meeting and exploring the city.

Stayed here for a few nights as a stopover in Bogota- simple check-in and decent facilities. No frills would describe the experience I would say, that said it was a good value for the money we paid. Would stay here again!
