Great hotel, I arrived and got my warm cookie and as a diamond member should get an upgrade on availability, I asked if I have been upgraded and he said yes, I got the room and was a normal room and I unpacked and did some work, the next morning I went to reception and asked them if I had been upgraded and they said no and upgraded me, and apologized, the hotel was quite empty for my whole stay and maximum people I saw at breakfast was 2 the whole 11 days I was there. I use both restaurants, the Mexican restaurant was okay but not really taste Mexican and the main restaurant in the other hotel which you can charge your room was good and tasted ok, front desk staff were great and not many people spoke English but still ok. Had a great time there

The hotel looks nice, but smelled bad outside the room, like if the carpets were wet. At night we didn’t have enough hot water for the tub or the shower, it was just a bit warm. Not enough signals to go to the front desk, at first we ended up in another hotel. The tv wasn’t smart, so we couldn’t watch the soccer game we wanted. Also when we reserved it didn’t say that we couldn’t use the pool on mondays.

Excellent service, front desk guys Humberto , Alejandro Jhonatan and Pablo are very helpful and very friendly. Hotel in excellent condition, super good breakfast!
