We visit Bogota on a regular basis and the Click Clack is our home away from home. From the moment we arrive, Gustavo and Sebas are waiting for is with a big smile and a warm welcome! Julian, Victor and the rest of the front desk team know our preferences and are extremely helpful in accommodating all of our requests. When it comes to personalized service, friendliness, and excellence few teams do it better! Big shout out to Victor and Sebas who are always attentive to our every need and make our stay so much more special! With regards to the breakfast, the staff are amazing, the buffet is rich, and the meals prepared consist consistently excellent! The click clack team makes every visit to Bogota so much more special! Thank you!

A boutique hotel in Bogota with excellent facilities. The food was excellent. The dining areas were very relaxed and well laid out. The room was a little awkwardly arranged but the bathroom was great. Water pressure was the best we had throughout Colombia. Staff were really helpful and friendly. And the breakfast… beautifully laid out and incredibly tasty.

Amazing, new hotel in a very nice area. We stayed here two nights. Our room had panoramic views of the city. Room was big and very well equipped with cute amenities like eye masks, sleeping pills and aroma oils. The bathroom was big and well equipped too. Breakfast was absolutely fabulous and so were the staff. Very modern and high tech hotel in Chapinero!

A great boutique hotel in the heart of the beautiful neighborhood of Chapinero and within a short walking distance of local shops, cafes and bars in Zona T. The staff was top notch, especially the front desk staff, Natalia and Gus. They were all very helpful with recommendations for restaurants and things to do in Bogota. The breakfast in the restaurant was excellent. I highly recommend this hotel when in Bogota.

A fan of Click Clack hotels, this is my second sat, as the first one was in Medellin. The rooms are compact but very modern and decorated with a lot of taste and functionality! In FD Gabriel and Sebastian were very casing and showed great service culture! Ricardo in the morning breakfast hall was also amazing!

The staff was incredibly kind and helpful. This was my first trip to Colombia and my Spanish is not as strong as I would like, but the staff made me feel welcome and were always happy to answer questions. Special shout-out to Mariana, Sebastien, and the restaurant's breakfast crew for their kindness and attentiveness! Breakfast is incredible-- a delicious and relaxed start to the day!

Excellent hotel and service. Great staff and restaurant and rooftop bar with live entertainment. The area tends to be a bit noisy at nights. The area is a bit dirty with somewhat unsafe sidewalks. This is disappointing because Click Clack is a wonderful hotel. Usaquén is a much nicer neighborhood with walkable sidewalks.
