We visit Bogota on a regular basis and the Click Clack is our home away from home. From the moment we arrive, Gustavo and Sebas are waiting for is with a big smile and a warm welcome! Julian, Victor and the rest of the front desk team know our preferences and are extremely helpful in accommodating all of our requests. When it comes to personalized service, friendliness, and excellence few teams do it better! Big shout out to Victor and Sebas who are always attentive to our every need and make our stay so much more special! With regards to the breakfast, the staff are amazing, the buffet is rich, and the meals prepared consist consistently excellent! The click clack team makes every visit to Bogota so much more special! Thank you!

The staff was incredibly kind and helpful. This was my first trip to Colombia and my Spanish is not as strong as I would like, but the staff made me feel welcome and were always happy to answer questions. Special shout-out to Mariana, Sebastien, and the restaurant's breakfast crew for their kindness and attentiveness! Breakfast is incredible-- a delicious and relaxed start to the day!

A boutique hotel in Bogota with excellent facilities. The food was excellent. The dining areas were very relaxed and well laid out. The room was a little awkwardly arranged but the bathroom was great. Water pressure was the best we had throughout Colombia. Staff were really helpful and friendly. And the breakfast… beautifully laid out and incredibly tasty.

I booked through my World of Hyatt account I would say this was by far my worst experience with a hotel in my 5 years of travelling because of work, it hardly could be worse: 1. They charged me 19% EXTRA when I arrived having paid the 100% of the booking before my arrival. They said it was because of taxes but I called directly to the World of Hyatt call center, being at the front desk with my luggage late at night, tired, to which Hyatt responded that the booking was 100% paid including taxes. The hotel didn't care and I had to pay the extra or leave without being able to get a reimbursement because of their "policies". 2. The air conditioning in the room didn't work well, it was extra freezing in my room, I felt cold and couldn't sleep well the first two nights. Unbelievable! Especially if the rate was more than 250 USD/night! 3. On the fourth day I had the disgusting surprise of getting rotten milk for my breakfast. Really? ROTTEN MILK? 4. They didn't send my invoice when I left the hotel because "Mr. and Mrs. Smith haven't paid us, we will send it when they pay us". Of course they didn't and I had to call twice to get it one week later. 5. Of course I had no World of Hyatt benefits as late checkout or room upgrade.
