El restaurante circo fue decepcionante. Llegué nadie me recibió, me sente y pasados aproximadamente 8 minutos entre los camareros se miraron y se percataron que estaba sentada, el chico con desdén se miró con su compañera y vino a atenderme, no me ofreció nada, le pedí me sugiriera algo ligero y no lo hizo (me atendió porque le tocaba), luego solicite la cuenta y no me preguntaron si quería o no incluir el servicio sino que ya estaba en la factura, igual lo cancele porque también trabajo en este gremio. Lamentablemente les falta mucho para llegar a ser asesores gastronómicos.

Une expérience à la hauteur des attentes, tant sur le point de la qualité des chambres que sur la restauration, avec un buffet petit déjeuner de très grande qualité. Personnel attentionné et aimable. Tienen una política de consumo mínimo. Si no te comprometes a gastar más de 50.000 pesos en el bar/cafetería literalmente te echan del hotel . Me sucedió ayer en la tarde. Tampoco tenían el whisky que solicité Una lástima era un gran lugar para tomar algo y conversar antes de cenar.

Stayed here for 3 nights on a business trip. Very much enjoyed the stay. It’s a large hotel. Location: A. We could walk to a few restaurants and was close to our office as well. Room: B I was upgraded to a nice large corner room for my Platinum status. Bathroom was nice and big with great water pressure. Bed was comfy. However the decor seemed a bit dated and not modern. Many JW Marriott’s have dated decor but was still a bit of a turnoff. Gym: B+ Decent size has a good selection of machines and weights. Needs more treadmills. Staff: A Everyone was super attentive, helpful and friendly thought out. Lounge: A Full breakfast and a made-to-order omelette station. If you can get access take advantage.

Think twice before staying here! What do you call it when a hotel charges $876.40 of room rate overcharges on your credit card without ever notifying you? After being a completely loyal Marriott client for over 15 years, I am shocked and saddened that the the JW Marriott Bogotá tried to charge me approximately $876.40 of overcharges on top of my confirmed reservation. I had to "discover" on my own that the hotel was charging me an additional $135 a night on top of my confirmed reservation. Once I discovered that (by checking my hotel bill after a few nights) I met with Management and for the next week tried to negotiate a resolution with them. On the night before I was scheduled to check out they sent me the calculation of the hotel charges (at my request) and I saw that the overcharges of $876.40 remained. The hotel needs to correct the error they made and refund any overcharges above the original confirmed reservation amount.
