Location was okay but service could have been better!

Great F&B at the restaurant beside the lobby. Coffee shop has beans can buy for souveniers. Check in and out was a breeze with their great courteous staffs. Gym room was great with fruits and water and just enough machines. Pool looked nice too. The only downside is the room faced the main road with noisy motorbikes sound penetrated through the windows.

The room is a little bit old, and feels somehow cold. But the service is top, my big thanks to all people working there. They were very effective also for a couple of not standard requests. Bravi!!! Location is nice.

This is an amazing Place. Of Course it's a Hilton but it's the people working their who make the difference. Highly Service orientated. I am Flight Crew Member From Germany. I've been coming for years 4, 5 times a year. Whenever I come the front desk staff recognise me and call me by my name. Jackson, Oscar, Diego are just outstanding. They give amazing Tips what to do in Bogota, restaurants, sightseeing, places to go etc. The standard rooms are spacious extremely quiete. The air-conditioning is hardly noticeable. I tried all the restaurants there and they are all fantastic Especially the breakfast buffet. It's huge. You can call it brunch. Great Selektion of Colombian and international Cuisine. Hot or cold you name it. All the Colombian fruit Gardens has to offer. Tropical fruits and freshly made fruit juices. Eggs in all varieties. The Cocktails, Burgers and the Fingerfood at the Sportsbar are amazing too. Fresh Ground Burger. Great place to visit.
