The apartment is in a great condition, very welcoming and lovely place. There is a laundromat on level 2 but you will need to get key from security.
Now - this apartment does not have air conditioning and very noisy at night (i stayed Friday and Saturday) due to night clubs and bars right opposite.

Good location in a safe neighbourhood. Many restaurants in walking distance. Face recognition entry works like a charm. Staff is custeous and very responsive through WhatsApp.
The room does not have air conditioning, not that its a big problem for us as we stayed during winter. The temperature for the shower was tricky to regulate, went from cold to hot intermittently. Staff managed to play with the water heater to get the fluctuation down to an acceptable level. Hope the problem was only for the room we stayed.
The floor could do with a proper cleaning. Found long hair in different parts of the floor.

Clean and modern apartment style rooms that were very well located in the Zona T district. 24-hour security and hotel service was very easy to communicate with through Whatsapp. My biggest issue with this hotel was the noise level - it faces a bunch of bars and clubs on the next street over and one of which blasts music until very late (3-4 am) and very audible from the hotel rooms. Then at 5-6 am traffic starts on the busy street it faces. Unfortunately if sleep is important to you, I would definitely not recommend this hotel.

Regular place, I would rather stay for a hotel next visit, you can hear all noises next door rooms and clubs around at night are open until late at night, noisy. Location is good
