Keine Empfehlung von meiner Seite.
Gebucht Standard Doppelzimmer mit schönem Bild.
Das Zimmer wird so auch auf der Centro Homepage abgebildet. Es kann also kein Bilderfehler von Trip.com sein.
Erhalten ein absolut abgewohntes Einzelzimmer.
Dazu Kissen ohne Kissenbezug. Ekelhaft.
Toilette widerlich.
Keinerlei Ähnlichkeit mit Buchungszimmer.
Problem: Keinerlei Ansprechpartner im Hotel. Bei Anreise 17.20 Uhr muss Handynummer gewählt werden um Karte aus Schlüsselsafe zu erhalten.
Bei Zimmersichtung und Anruf der Handynummer sagt die Dame, sie ist nur Dienstleister für Schlüsselsafe.
Trip.com versucht 1 Stunde Hotel für Klärung zu erreichen. Brechen nach einer Stunde erfolglos ab.
Auch mein Versuch die offizielle Trlefonnummer des Hotels zu kontaktieren läuft ins Leere.
Selbst am Morgen bei Abreise 7.15 Uhr niemand an der Rezeption zur Klärung. Es stapeln sich schon verschiedene Zimmerkarten von Abreisenden.
Bilder zeigen meine Buchung und das erhaltene Zimmer. Für das Hotel zur Info: Zimmer 409 erhalten. Daraus sind die Bilder von mir vom roten Bett und der Toilette.

Unexpected displeasure, and old / tired hotel
We booked here for business. We booked based on images of rooms.
No tea/coffee making facilities. No Iron and ironing board.
Rooms were grim/ old but clean.
TV didn't work in room
Staff were friendly.
Would not stay here again unless free.

Absolut abgewetzte Einrichtung, null
Gemütlichkeit, nicht einmal Nachtlicht vorhanden, Teppichboden völlig verschmutzt. Im Zimmer 205 , Kakerlaken, die Kissen teilweise nicht bezogen, Begründung, sind keine Bezüge da. Inakzeptabel!!! Das Frühstück war für den Preis, okay . Keine Preiserstattung für, rechtzeitig stornierte Zimmer?! So etwas noch nie erlebt. Nie wieder Hotels. com
