The sanitation is average, the environment is average, the service is okay, the facilities are average, and the room has a smell, which needs to be improved.

Like a guesthouse, the hotel is not actively cleaned and is sloppy. The location is good and convenient for taking the bus

I booked it on Ctrip. It's on the 2nd floor, with a balcony for smoking. The decoration is relatively new, and the breakfast is rich, including Yangzhou fried rice. The beautiful girls and handsome guys at the front desk are very responsible and eager to help, which is very valuable for someone who is in a foreign country. The hotel is not big but very cozy and very close to Alito Square. There are many Chinese supermarkets around. recommend! ! !

I've rarely been so dissatisfied with a hotel! This hotel has almost nothing to offer except for its spacious rooms (because I booked a large one) and relatively new facilities. Here are a few examples: 1. I had to pay for the automatic coffee machine for breakfast, and they told me that I had to pay 250 som only after I pressed the button and it started making coffee. 2. The cleaner did not take the initiative to give me new mineral water. When I asked for it, he said there were paid drinks. Only after I insisted did he give me free water. 3. The cleaners do not tidy up the quilts or change the garbage bags in the toilets; 4. The management is chaotic. I booked 2 nights, but the room card was invalid after 12 noon the next day. 5. There is a strong smell in the closet, and the formaldehyde content must be above the standard; 6. The bed legs are made of hardwood boards at right angles, so it is easy to bump your feet when walking past.

room size is decent, shower has good pressure, breakfast spread is amazing, more like a buffet lunch, and free parking is available within the property. what more does one need ? extended check out until 6 pm could be had by paying an extra 50% room rate.

Delightful comfortable new hotel with the most caring and friendly staff. Our double room with a balcony overlooking a huge fruit tree, was spacious with lots of storage space, a huge comfy bed and a large bathroom . The buffet breakfast was beautifully prepared and presented, with eggs cooked to choice . Everything we chose including the coffee was delicious and fresh . Our most memorable experience though was the delightful, helpful staff members who were so welcoming. Highly recommend this well run Hotel .

Great location, very friendly and professional reception staff, very quick check-in. Large room, well-equipped, and the mountain view from the large window was fantastic. Good breakfast. The only downside was the cleaning.

It was my first time there, the rooms are spacious, especially the bathroom, maybe I just got it that way, a quiet safe place, just what I wanted, it’s clear that they clean often, there were no problems with checking in, everything was fine, the breakfast was a pleasant surprise for such a small hotel, so now I’ll confidently go there next time)
