It was our second stay in this hotel. We really liked our stay there. Special thanks to Zakir who made our stay comfortable and helped us a lot.

We stayed at the hotel for 9 nights. The room was clean and cozy, equipped with all the amenities needed for a pleasant stay. The water pressure in the shower was so strong it felt like a great massage. The hotel staff are young, friendly and very attractive, always ready to help. Special thanks to the lady working as the head chef in the kitchen for the delicious breakfasts. She always smiled, which created a wonderful atmosphere in the dining room. We can definitely recommend this hotel. And if we ever find ourselves in Bishkek again, we'll stay at this hotel once more.

算是性價比很高的酒店了，地理位置離市中心不遠，暖氣我那個房間靠的是電暖氣，但是也很熱。基本上不會每天打掃，早餐比較簡單，但是基本也不重樣。但是服務態度是不錯的

Got in at 3am, check in took 30 seconds, staff was fantastic, room are very nice, decoration makes them special. Location is great, wituin walking distance of all the attractions. Very clean , super breakfast! Strongly reccomend it also for the price.

My friend and I stayed at Bugu Hotel for four nights in September. Bugu Hotel is a very pleasant, clean, beautiful place with very responsible, kind and helpful staff. The rooms are spacious and well-appointed. The hotel is more than a three-star hotel. The location of the hotel is excellent. The breakfasts were very delicious. Special thanks to Ilia. I recommend this hotel.

Fantastic hotel! The hotel has friendly vibes. Beautifully decorated. Friendly and professional reception. Breakfast spread was good. Nearby to many food joints. We stayed for four nights in Deluxe King Room. Spacious room. Everything perfect!

Great location, and a good place to relax. Friendly staff, nice rooms, and a very cool lobby. The breakfast spread is good! The hotel is walking distance from the main places to see in Bishkek. Smart TVs in the rooms.

Fantastic room...great friendly service and the perfect starting point for exploring this fascinating former Soviet city...there's so much to see and take in here with this hotel just a ten minute walk from the city centre

We stayed at this hotel from 11.07 to 13.07 2024, and from 21.07 to 23.07 2024. From 11.07 to 13.07 the window in the room was broken, it did not close at all, they promised to fix it for 2 days, they never fixed it, the window was always open. Plus, on the second day, the Wi-Fi stopped working, by the time of check-out, they still had not corrected the situation. The manager promised to make a discount on the next check-in. We arrived on 21.07.2024 at the reception they reminded us about the discount, but the administrator was not aware, and the manager was on vacation and you can not call her. I offered to pay the full cost, and said that the senior administrator would be there the next day, he would help with this issue, but he did not want to call him upon check-in. Finally we met with the senior administrator (by the way, he was present during the check-out and heard about the discount for the next check-in, and he was also given the application for window repair the first time) and he replied that since we had already paid, it would not be possible to make a discount (the payment had already gone through and there was a receipt), to which we told him that we asked the administrator to contact someone and clarify this issue. I offered him an alternative, to make us a late check-out (their check-out is at 12:00) at 14:00. To which he said he would clarify and come. As a result, he agreed to check out at 13:30, he will try to make it at 14:00. To do this, he had to write to the next guests to clarify the time of their check-in. The day X (check-out) came, I went to check with the administrator (who was present during the check-in and did not make a discount) whether he was warned about the late check-out, to which he replied that the check-out is set at 13:00 according to the database. When I said that we were promised 13:30 or maybe even 14:00, he couldn't answer anything, when I asked to contact the senior administrator who promised, he replied that he was sleeping. There is not enough light in the rooms, it is very dark. The air conditioner blows in waves (the filter is clogged) The exhaust fan in the toilet does not work. At the same time, everyone is polite, smiling, promising, but doing nothing. Next time I will choose a different hotel

We stayed in Bishkek for a day, booked this hotel. I really liked that there is an option to book by the hour and transfer from the airport. Despite the small number of guests in the hotel, the breakfast was very varied and delicious. At the hotel, we easily paid for our stay with a Mir card. The room is new, everything is conveniently located, they brought a crib for the baby upon request and were attentive to all requests. The hotel has a great location, I highly recommend it!

We spent only one night in this well-located establishment. Very clean and modern hotel, good bedding and excellent breakfast. Be careful to avoid the room near the reception, logically too noisy place. Friendly staff, parking in front of the establishment.
