It was bad experience, when we arrive the hotel , i would want to check in by the machine , surprisingly the machine told the room not ready. Then I check in with receptionist, they provide the room key straightly. The receptionist gave me the room under occupied (see the first picture) . Then we go down to ask for a change (second picture). The worst is yet to come. This room does only provide one towel for 4 of us ?! There was no spare pillows, towels at all. I have to go down twice to get the supplies from staffs. it is really bad experience for a tired family from long road trip.

Location is very close to stansted. The air con makes a loud buzz and dripping sound even when it’s not on.

Very close from a bus stop, and very nice and friendly staff members. Besides it was very convenient that there was a great food court, right next to the hotel! We enjoyed everything about our stay here!

Perfect place

Very basic head down for the evening but sufficient for airport or motorway stop . shower room wasn’t the best Very used and tired Location to m11 and airport excellent Nice staff - breakfast was hot and fresh .

There was water leaking from the air conditioning unit one night and we had to change room. Facilities may need some updating. Hotel is at a good location right next to the Welcome Break services with decent choice of food. Hotel also has a restaurant at the front desk. Generally clean and tidy, although you would need to request for room cleaning the night before.

Stayed here the night before flying out via Stansted Airport our room was decent and the bed was decent good for value if you’re flying from Stanstead Apple

The accomodation & service was fine & what you would expect. I would potentially would have liked a bit bigger selection of food for the evening meals. The main thing that you could look at is making the signage a bit clearer as to how to access the property- we did not expect it to be by the services , so maybe state that in your advert- as we ended up going around the huge intersection again , as we expected a separate entrance for the hotel. Food and service both great. Superb hot shower. Room heating inop but decided probably didn't need it so all good.

Close to STN Airport. It can be reached by Public Transport.

We were doing a self driving trip around London and need to take flight in the early morning next day. This Ramada is my personal highly recommended hotel for anyone who is in the similar situation as us. Check in was really smooth, which is self check right on the reception desk. Staff are so friendly and helpful. Room is clean and I could get whatever I need. The only one unsatisfied point was the strange smell, which I can’t tell where it came.

It’s free parking when I booking, but I need pay parking fee finally. Very disappointed.

Based on the questions asked its good. In truth though we found it noisy (paper thin walls), the lift sounded like it would break down and the pipes made lots noises when adjacent rooms were showing etc which kept us up. Plus points. The staff were nice enough, location is good if driving and the hotel is clean and shower was powerful.

Nice hotel. Not big and a bit far from Stansted airport, however, uber takes less than 20 minutes to reach.
