Delicious food, cleanliness, friendly staff, it's a great place to relax.
However, other than room service, there are no convenience stores or shops to buy simple items like souvenirs, which is a bit disappointing.
The firefly tour that I applied for as a separate activity was especially great. I think it was an unforgettable experience for me and my family^^

The room is OK. Although the service is slow, the attitude is OK. The food is not rich and the taste is average. There is a car to pick up and drop off, which is very humane and free. It is very good, recommended, and the price-performance ratio is OK.

We had a comfortable stay as a family of four, including our two adult children. One highlight was the excellent service provided by the staff – truly commendable. While the property is pleasant, it could benefit from an overall ambience upgrade if it aims to compete with the top resorts in the market. From what we experienced, Bintan resorts generally offer a self-contained stay, with most activities and dining limited to the property itself, unlike other destinations in Southeast Asia where there’s more to explore outside. Overall, it was a good experience, and we would strongly recommend this property to others.

Overall, it was a pleasant stay. We thoroughly enjoyed everything the resort had to offer and had a wonderful time. The hospitality was top-notch, and I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful, relaxing getaway with excellent service. The staff were incredibly helpful—special thanks to Dila, Chemil, and Warso for making our stay extra special.
But the true highlight was the spa treatment—it was an absolutely amazing experience.

get food and living conditions within the resort, but not much to do outside or nearby
bring insect repellent as places in tropical climate usually have mosquitoes

Excellent service from the concierge to the servers to the spa staff. They are also very accommodating. They made an effort to speak in english eventhough I spoke in their local language. Also fast responses when we communicated via email. Liked the room I was given as well due to the unobstructed view of the sea. However, The resort could use with more lights at the pathway as its still quite dark when walking about the resort at night.
