I'm grateful for the kind and polite service of all the staff.
I visited for my birthday, and they treated me wonderfully with the room decorations and a cake.
At the breakfast venue, they explained each dish to me, so I was able to enjoy the Indonesian food, even though I didn't know much about it.
Although there was a bathtub, the shower quickly turned the water into cold water, so I couldn't get in the bath, which was disappointing.

The environment and service are good, and the view of the villa we booked is also beautiful, but the hotel hardware is indeed a bit old, the bedding is too poor, and the cotton in the quilt is clumping and hard.

The room facilities are very old, the food in the restaurant is not very good, the price-performance ratio is not very high, it feels like only Singaporeans come here, the service is so-so. There is nothing fun either.

We had a lovely trip with the family over holidays in Oct 2024. We were upgraded to a pool villa and used the pool to splash around and have nice family time. The rooms are a bit dated, but clean. Service is great. The food in the restaurants was good but a bit on the expensive side. Overall an enjoyable trip! :)
