Very happy with my stay at D’Bamboo. The room is spacious and comfortable. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Very peaceful. I had a great time and will come back. A hidden gem in Bintan.

Amazing staff who go beyond the call of excellent service!!!

Second Time at the Bamboo Camp and it is still very impressive how beautiful and relaxing this place is. We can recommend it to anyone who likes to spend some time in pure nature and enjoy very nice staff. The staff went on the extra mile when we could early check in, when someone went to stock beers in the pouring rain, when we got breakfast boxes at 6am. We also liked the pool and the various activities on the ground, like archery. We want to come back again! Thank you for everything.

We tried the ATV ride. What an adventure! It was a rugged but interesting trail going through a small village, pineapple plantation & a forested path. We had to maneuver over tiny streams, rocky pathways & muddy tracks. During this ride, our skillful guide caught us in action through photos & even videos. The photos & videos were sent to us after the ride. If you are looking for an adventurous trail this is the place to go.

We booked for 3 days 2 night in Glamping Tent accommodation. There was a promo related to Indonesian Independence Day which made our booking included some activities such as fruit gathering, batik painting, dll FREE. Firstly, the accommodation. No complain about the tent. The room was clean and clearly designed. The tent material is so thick and insulating, so we have no outside elements going inside and it keeps the A/C cool. The bathroom was clean. We were surprised there was live plants segment in the bathroom, yet we hadn't see any insect or unpleasant odors, so another plus point. The Wifi have enough speed, though we only used it minimally as we were focused on resting; and our rest experience is excellent, as the ambience is very quiet and relaxing. Second, the food. A single restaurant exist in the main lobby. The menu is varied enough for locals and foreigners alike. For its price, the portion is filling, while the taste is decent: there's room for improvement for the fried rice & fried noodle (personally, we're not too fussy about taste, and we also got extras from our activities which will be explained next) Lastly, the services and overall experience. We cannot stress enough that this place has great hospitality. The staff are friendly and very communicative as they served my constant inquiry about the activities well. When we booked, they actually informed us that the fruit gathering activity may be unavailable. I then asked if we can participate on some farming/planting activity instead. They actually arranged for us to do sweet potato farming, which is pretty fun. We also received some produce from their farm for free! In addition, we also got a personal tour of the overall resort complex by the owner itself, Mr. Wayan, including a visit to the dragonfly reservation which contain some of the rarest and most beautiful dragonflies we have ever seen. For the last activity, we chose an evening tour of the mangrove for firefly watching; the journey has been conducted safely and we get to experience calm evening mangrove forest. Overall it has been a very valuable experience and we got more than we expected, some of which we don't describe in this review. Big thanks from Mr. Wayan and family, and the overall staff. Keep improving the resort while maintaining the environment; we would to see realization of the library concept!

Great service from the staffs, highly recommended if you want to have a peace of mind. The only thing bad is about the washroom, have strong urine small, and the water is not strong enough for proper shower. If I were to nickpick, better wifi connection would be great.
