Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Hotel was extremely clean, with impeccable service by the staff. Kids-friendly with bicycles to ride around the hotel compound or to the beach, kids club and 2 big swimming pools. Kid also dined for free!

The location of this hotel is good. It's not far from the boat, but you still need to take a taxi. You can't walk. When I got to the room, I encountered a room with water backflowing in the sewer. I changed the room. The service is normal. The standard of holiday inn is not up to the five-star

The hotel service is very good. There are shuttle buses to the pier or nearby restaurants. The breakfast is super delicious. The dishes of room service are also unexpectedly delicious. Indonesian fried noodles are a must! The beach is also very beautiful! I highly recommend it and will choose this hotel next time!

Service was excellent throughout our stay and special thanks to Ibu Windy for securing complimentary late check-out for us on our final day!
The property is new, clean and there are many seating areas/ cabanas for visitors to chill around. Buggy service from Holiday Inn to the other sister property (Indigo hotel) is prompt and hassle-free despite the moderately high occupancy rate (we were told it was 70% occupancy rate).
We were told that the weekend was the first peak of the property yet the services rendered by the team didn’t seem so - staff remained courteous and friendly throughout our 4d3n stay.
Few observations which we are hopeful that the management could look into:
1) second dining option at the ballroom was subpar. The food option was significantly lesser than those offered at the main dining hall. The food was not refilled promptly but we could see that the staff tried their best by taking a (perhaps quite a long) trip down to the central kitchen and check.
2) The kids indoor playground is divided into 2 sections - younger kids (below 4yo) and older kids. There wasn’t any health check when we were there (only parents self declaration) prior to kids’ admission so parents pls note. Perhaps the management could review internally if more scrutiny is required.

Keeping this review straightforward: amazing staff such as Guest Service Manager Nunu go out of their way to accommodate last minute requests, Eky and Amin from F&B engaging with guests with genuine empathy and interest and not because they are forced to. But that is not to throw shade on any of the other staff across the property because everyone was kind and friendly to us. Housekeeping was great, helping to fix minor issues when they were making up the room. Amenities such as Mangrove House are what we expected and even more. Only gripe would probably be the operations at Strawbella needing to be a little more efficient. Loved our time here over the past 3 days, and will definitely be back. Thank you!

the hotel is new and very big space, hotel room is clean, staffs are really friendly and helpful. Kids club is excellent and foods are good. Enjoy our stay very much, will come back again.
