Had a wonderful time at Holiday Inn Bintan. The hotel grounds are beautiful and staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. Food was generally great although a little inconsistent at times. Can easily visit sister hotel, Hotel Indigo, next door for more dining options. Spa was relaxing and massage was good. Premises are new and clean. Less than 10 mins away from the ferry terminal with complimentary pick up / drop off service. This will be my go-to hotel next time I'm in Bintan.

My toddler enjoy herself a lot at the mangrove house. Food at the restaurant is good and staff are very friendly.

See the previous review as I came with my family and had to book two rooms that are interconnecting.
Just a heads up, there are only certain rooms that can interconnect. Pls check with hotel before you book. E.g two king bed rooms has interconnecting rooms. Mine was 1 king and 1 twin.

Just got back from a stay at the Holiday Inn Resort, and I had a great time! The service was awesome, and the staff were super friendly—really made me feel at home.
The swimming pool and all the amenities were on point. I loved hanging out by the pool! And let me tell you, the Indonesian food was fantastic. I can't recommend it enough!

A newly opened hotel with great amenities and everything looked new and crisp. It gave a resort feel and coming here gives you a relaxed feel. A good Singaporean getaway for the weekend.
The staff are attentive and ready to serve and make you feel comfortable.
