Hotel Ilunion San Mamés Reviews

Location was excellent, just on top of the Bilbao Intermodal bus station with a direct airport bus service. The hotel was a short walk away from the main sights of Bilbao, which we appreciated. Only disappointment was we received a stained bath towel, but rectified immediately by staff. Overall good value and would highly recommend the convenience.

The hotel is very good but the receptionists are not friendly

Great location - it right above the Bilbao bus terminal. New and clean hotel and rooms. Comfortable bed and pillows. Breakfast was Decent with good selection of fruits. The hotel is highly recommended.

The location is good, but the fire alarm went off in the middle of the night during the few days I stayed there, it was scary! !

I like this city. The hotel is good. It is a relatively cost-effective hotel in Spain. I only stayed for one night. It is still worth recommending.

The location was great, very close to the station. As with other European hotels, there were no amenities such as slippers and toothbrushes. I brought my own slippers, but the floor seemed to be quite dirty, so the indoor slippers got dirty quickly.

The hotel has a unique and novel design, and the front desk service is good. However, the reception process is slow and there are few elevators, which is a bit inconvenient. Sometimes you need to wait. Overall, I am quite satisfied with my stay.

Excellent, I will choose this hotel next time I travel

빌바오 고속버스 정류장 건물 위에 있어서 위치좋았다. 시내에서 멀지 않다. 버스너 지하철도 근처에 있다. 위치, 청결 모두 만족함. 방이 엄청 크진 않아도 냉장고 헤어드라이어, 안전금고, 전기팟등 모두 구비되어있음. 다만 객실 욕실이 다들여다 보이는 구조라 커플이 아니라면 좀 곤란할듯해요. 저는 홀로 여행이라 문제 없었음. 그외에는 생각보다 좋은 호텔이었어요. 조식은 시간이 일러 아직 못 먹었어요.
