No reception in hotel, very bad customer service. I have booked standard studio room, but received basic room with no normal bed , just mattress on the floor. Hotel not resolved the problem… not answering in my massages. I not recommend this hotel…

It is a very nice apartment in the center of Bilbao, location is unbeatable and has almost anything you need for a good stay for a few days. Totally automatic check in, check out and entrance, which makes it comfortable to handle from your phone directly. Nice place to stay overall

This is an aparthotel, located next to the British Company, with subway access to the train and bus station, which is very convenient. There are many restaurants downstairs and nearby. There is a large supermarket on the 6th floor of the British Company where you can buy all kinds of food. This hotel does not have a front desk, but there is a 24-hour online front desk. The only drawback is that after booking, I did not receive any email notification on how to check in. So we went to the hotel entrance, rang the doorbell to connect to the hotel's online service, and sent us an email with the entrance code. Then you need to check in online, you can use the link in the email or there is a check in machine. To check in, you need to take a photo of the booker's ID and a selfie. Then you need to fill in the ID information of all residents. After checking in, you will receive your room number and password. After entering the room, there is a welcome gift, which contains water and other snacks. Very thoughtful. You can download the hotel's app and unlock the door with your mobile phone, which is very convenient. Highly recommended!

La ubicación muy buena. Las habitación que nos tocó muy pero muy equipada. Sin embargo creo conveniente destacar dos cuestiones, a la buena ubicación se le contrapone el hecho de que está sobre una peatonal y no dispone de estacionamiento propio lo cual dificulta las cosas, si se arriba con mucho equipaje y por otro parte, tanto el check in, check out y cualquier otra situación que se presente, se resuelve (al menos en primer termino) mediante una app, lo cual si no sos muy amigo de las nuevas tecnologías puede ser un poco engorroso. No obstante vale aclarar que tienen atención telefónica las 24 hs y todas las inquietudes que tuvimos durante la estadía fueron subsanadas por esa vía.

The room was ok ish but was not given the correct room did not book foldable bed which was very uncomfortable. We are not students we are pensioners. Flashing lights on ceiling in both parts of the room kept us awake so unnecessary did not even know what they were for. Check in was terrible no communication about online check as did not receive any e-mails prior to arriving so was stranded outside front entrance until a cleaner let us into the lobby waited ages for someone to come and help as no one around spoke english and we had no instructions. Check out was just as bad as promise of being able to leave luggage was a joke. I contacted day before to ask someone to meet us 2 family's were waiting and nobody bothered to come even though they lie and say they did. They just could not be bothered after all they already had your money. Apart from all that had a lovely holiday in Bilbao but will never return to any of these apartments. Stay Clear.

Lovely studio for short stay
Lovely studio apartment - more than enough room for a 2 night stay, and the layout and design is really modern yet feels welcoming. Lots of lovely little touches, amenities and storage. I arrived early and enquired about early check in, which they were very accommodating of. Bed was incredibly comfortable and our room overlooked the courtyard so was mostly quite quiet. Will definitely check out other locations!

Great place in Bilbao, very clean and pretty apartments. It has all the necessities you need eg. laundry capsules, beddings. You will also recieve a welcome gift at the begging of your stay :) It was in the city centre, close to every sightseeing place in Bilbao and great Pinxtos close by. Would go again, highly recommend :)

All perfect! The location is unbeatable, very central and close to everything. The accommodation is newly renovated and has all the comforts. 100% recommended. It was a pleasure staying there, and the service was excellent. The apartments were fully equipped.

Todo estupendo. Muy limpio y nuevo. Excelente ubicación. Muy bien equipado. Ninguna pega. Totalmente recomendable. Está en una calle con mucho ambiente, pero el apartamento está bien insonorizado, algo se escucha pero en general muy bien.
