"Nostalgic visit to the city after 30 years… We stayed at the property for two nights and three days and I must admit Narendra Bhawan is truly the best property to stay in Bikaner if you want luxury. The aesthetics of the entire hotel is beautifully designed and the food is amazingly delicious… Ashwariya and swastika at the front desk and Kunal at the restaurant were great and the team of Chefs outstanding. My only concern was the service which I found to be missing the mark and no welcome platter in the room. The welcome was very nice and they have a nice drink being served to the guests on welcome. Best wishes for greater success to the team of Narendra Bhawan."

The hotel facilities are beautiful and there are rooms for entertainment and games. There is also a large and spacious garden with everything that pleases the eye. The staff are good and do their best. In the morning there is a flute player who performs a distinctive Rajasthani tune."

"This is NOT a four-star hotel. They gave me an interior room on the first floor with no view so it felt like a room in a convent. When asked to upgrade no other rooms with WiFi were available. There are stains in the toilet, shower, and on the mirrors. After showering the water leaked from the shower onto the tile outside the shower despite a wall of glass. The table lamps were not working and management fixed it immediately. As for the hot water, it was scalding then quickly went cold. You can hear other guests in their rooms and the noise from courtyard. If you’re a western tourist, the bed is rock hard and you’re only given two pillows. The room service was prompt."

"We stayed overnight as part of a golden triangle tour with Lumle Holidays- this hotel is very over rated at 4 stars. It is lovely building but poorly maintained- see yellowing shower curtain, gap in flooring, flaking wall and mouldy bathroom pictures from our room. Polyester rather than cotton bedding. We desperately wanted showers after travelling all day but there was no warm or hot water so reported it that evening- nothing done. Suddenly English could not be understood. Same thing in the morning- the guy at the front desk just repeated what we said ‘no hot water’, looked blankly, shrugged and gave us a complaint book to complete, which had several other complaints about poor maintenance. The lack of care about travellers not having water to wash in was the most disappointing part of this stay. We would not recommend. We ate in the restaurant which was good to end on a positive note and is the only reason this is 2 rather than 1 star. It was the worst hotel of our tour."

"This is a new hotel with well designed spaces and welcoming decor located near the older palace hotels, about 15 minutes by cab or tuk tuk to the city's center.. The clean modern rooms offer new furnishings, good wi fi and television, and larger than expected wash rooms with all modern finishes. I really liked the food served here, in a beautiful restaurant space that has an elegant open-air verandah for warmer weather. The vegetarian options were especially good, with some surprising inventiveness (like the cauliflower manchurian) and fresh mango salad. But best of all, every single person on staff is working attentively and eager to help. There will be a beautiful indoor pool on the 3rd floor - it looks completed but not yet operational. I appreciated the care I saw from management to the *** who was sweeping water off the parking area at the front gate this morning."
