"Positive : Overall great property and vibe. All staffs are alert and super helpful. The restaurant vibe is great, we tried their vegetarian food and it was fabulous. The architecture and interior of the property is excellent and you can click very nice photos here - Staff at entrance ( Manoj Rana ) is a great photographer and you can ask him to get good photos of you - he clicked very nice photos of us. All staffs behaviour is very nice and they also served us a very delicious complimentary pineapple cake as it was my wife’s birthday. Overall we had a great stay. Negative : They can improve their bathroom’s shower entrence door as we had problem opening and closing it."

"This hotel was so poor that we left without actually staying there. The hotel was in a shabby state (I think the photos on the website were from 40 years ago). They did not provide the suite we were promised, there was a hole in the bedding, the tiles in the bathroom were cracked and when we requested lunch at 1.30 ( in theory their restaurant was open from 12 to 3) they couldn't provide food. In addition, it's a long way from the centre of Bikaner."

"Decision of choosing The Lallgarh Palace was the best decision of Bikaner one day trip. To start with they upgraded us to suite and that made our day. Very big room opposite to garden. Thank you. Hotel is real palace where royal family still lives, rooms are large, comfortable. Extreme hot in Bikaner in May first week and rooms AC were just perfect and comfortable. In fact entire hotel was not that hot compared to outside temperature. Now comes the food, it was most delicious food we had in long time. Even though we have tasted north indian food at many places, this place just tops the list. Kudos to Chef, Dal Makhani was THE BEST we have ever had, if you are visiting this hotel, just close the eyes and have Dal Makhani, Paneer curry and Tandoori Missi Rotis, you and your families will love it. Area of improvement: Even though everything is good here, one problem is they do not have arrangements for drivers. If you have a car with driver then you will face problems here. We had to search nearby options for our driver and finally found Hotel Kalinga near this hotel. I have to deduct one star just because of this problem."

"Awesome!! and beyond words. Frankly we were bit hesitant after booking this palace due to some off reviews. But this is one of our best experience till now. Each one of the staff and management are doing their job perfectly and managing a great hospitality. The palace is amazing especially at dawn. 5 out of 5 to Chef Mr Nand Lal Singh ji and his team for the delicious food. I have never seen chef is talking to guests abs asking their taste but here he goes extra mile and treated us with delicious Rajasthani meal like ker sangri, dal Bhati choorma. We took historical suit and it was huge and beautiful.children loved it. Special thanks to Mr Upender Singh as he took great care of us. I definitely recommend this place to everyone for their weekend gateways as it offers royal experience and historical monuments."

"We arrived via a chaotic gateway in Bikaner. Half the place was being renovated as it is end of the season and they clearly aren't doing any cleaning. The reception area was so dark and we got bitten within a couple of mins. The staff were miserable and not very welcoming. We were shown to a large spacious and very dark room it would have been nice albeit for the hundreds of mosquitos and the lack of cleaning. The bedding was an old blanket with a stained sheet on top not underneath. There was an external old bathroom door and loads of mosquitos came from beneath it. They offered 2 small plug ins and a coil but we could see so many we knew it wasn't possible to stay there without being bitten. I can't review the rest of the place as we left after an hour."

"Everything is good about the property. We stayed in a cottage that was quite comfortable. There are 2 swimming pools, hence they don't get too crowded. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Following improvements are suggested: 1. Wifi could be better 2. The breakfast spread could be bit more elaborate."

"The place is nice and the rooms are confortable and clean. The breakfast buffet is very good (and the restaurant as well). But the hotel also hosts big parties and weddings, and we were there the night before one of those. As a result, we could not sleep until after midnight because of the concert stage construction going on just in front of our window, with all sorts of loud noise (loud bangs, furniture and other stuff being dragged around on the pavement, people endlessly talking and yelling...). We complained to the reception but it kept going on for a while, those people don't show much respect to their customers."

"I would not recommend this venue at all for hosting a marriage function. The charges are extremely high, especially considering that many services that should ideally be included in a package are billed separately. There is a clear monopoly when it comes to organizing events at this place. For functions like the Sangeet and wedding ceremony, they charge excessively for every single item, including basic arrangements and even entry-related aspects. Additionally, outside vendors are not allowed, leaving customers with no flexibility. This forces you to rely entirely on their in-house services, which are significantly overpriced. Also, they are not including all the things for event which were promised at the time of booking and used cheap products like promised to used real flowers however used artificial followers. The only positive aspect is that the location is convenient, as it is near the city and easily accessible. The property itself is also decent. However, the services provided are extremely disappointing and not at all worth the high cost. The staff behavior is particularly poor—they are uncooperative and not supportive at all. Overall, the pricing is unreasonable, the policies are restrictive, and the value for money is very poor. I would strongly advise others to explore better alternatives before making a decision."
