Очень интересный опыт. Персонал дружелюбный. В помещениях работают кондиционеры, а по вечерам и утрам музыканты. Цены в ресторане высокие, ужин на двоих обойдется в 5 тыс рупий. Завтраки слабые, выбор очень маленький по меню. Но в целом на 1 ночь это хороший опыт.

Laxmi Niwas Palace is a beautiful heritage property where the staff offer great service and the food is finger licking. The evening music performance and the flute performance in the morning were very soothing. The staff members such as Surender Rathore from F&B, Narendra Singh and Vikas were very warm and welcoming. We have had a very pleasant experience staying at this hotel and plan to visit again

Despite the property’s visual charm and historical significance, our stay was unfortunately marred by blaring music played in the courtyard — right outside the guest rooms, due to a birthday party event taking place. The excessive volume, deep bass, and close proximity caused significant discomfort. When we raised the issue, the staff simply justified it as a “scheduled event,” showing little regard for the inconvenience caused to resident guests. A property of this heritage should atleast consider the peace of its staying guests. If such events are part of the regular schedule, the management should clearly inform potential guests at the time of booking — or even later by dropping a mail/text, just as hotels routinely notify guests in advance about scheduled maintenance (like pool closures). This transparency allows travellers to make an informed decision based on their expectations of a peaceful stay.

recently visited The Laxmi Niwas Palace in Bikaner and had an excellent experience. The food was great, especially the fried rice, which was awesome! The hospitality was top-notch, thanks to Saif Sumar Singh Ji, who did a wonderful job. Highly recommend this hotel for good food and hospitality!"

Laxmi Niwas Palace is very nice heritage property,very good location,staff is well behaved , food is good ,Rajisthani food (thali)is specially nice amenities & service is also perfect car parking space and location of property is actually nice.stay too Banta hai.

We booked a palace room and a deluxe room. At first, they upgraded the deluxe to palace room as well. But they upgraded room was the shabbiest. The lighting was so dim, the refrigerator was rotten from inside, the furniture didn't match and was damaged, the room was located in a dark, scary passage without doorbell, there was no exhaust fan in the washroom, got an empty shower gel bottle in the washroom. We requested a room change at 4pm and they said all the rooms were occupied. Then after they changed our room after 12am to a deluxe room, which had a better vibe than the palace room.
