Such a nice view and friendly staff! I really enjoyed every moment at the hotel.
The location is perfect — it’s right next to the national park, and I could actually see the river from the balcony. It’s also on the main street, so it’s easy to get anywhere. The room was in perfect condition and very clean. The air conditioner worked really well. The staff were all so friendly and kind.

酒店位置就在湖邊，去奇旺國家森林公園很近，周邊也是餐廳商店很多很方便。房間寬敞乾淨，設施齊全，除了不提供吹風機需要自己帶，其他都很好。房間的鎖讓我研究了半天，看着簡單，對我來説操作有點費勁😅😅😅

A lovely relaxing place with friendly staff. They couldn’t do enough for us and were very proficient at organising the activities we had pre booked such as a jeep safari, canoe ride, safari trek, cultural evening and lifts to/ from the buses. Thank you;)

We really enjoyed our stay here. Pros: The staff is very kind and helpful. The rooms were very clean and the AC and the fan was wonderful as it got very hot. The pool is beautiful and is cleaned everyday. Lots of places to sit and enjoy a coffee. The location is great as well. Cons: They support and can book you elephant safari rides and non ethical elephant activities. This is a dying trade as it is very cruel to ride elephants as a tourist. The elephants are chained up when they are not being ridden and they are not treated right or fairly. Please do not support elephant riding. We were disappointed to see that this beautiful hotel does so.
