breakfast was good at its price, water pressure in the bathroom requires improvement

A good hotel local to the city and accessible by tram, in a quiet location. The room we stayed in was clean and comfortable with a view of the city. The room contains a fridge stocked with refreshments that you have to pay for with tea and coffee provided. The bathroom contained little touches with sealed packets of ear buds, nail file and tooth picks which is nice touch. Buffet breakfast was good with a nice variety of food catering for all tastes however the plates are quite small so be prepared for a few trips back and forth to the buffet. The pool was good but cold when first entering so be prepared ro swim a few laps ro warm up.

Hotel with good Sauna room and swimming pool, but the water is cold during spring period. We like the service of the staffs, especially one of the beautiful girl as a receptionist, friendly and caring.

Really good location. Since it’s a bit of a distance to the city it’s great to have free access to public transport. Room was really nice and clean. Really nice swimming pool and training facilities as well. Great price as well!!

The hotel is not big but has complete facilities, clean and tidy environment, and pleasant view outside the window. Every service staff is very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is unexpectedly delicious. Although the restaurant is not big, the food variety and taste are well selected. Parking is convenient and free, which is super friendly to self-driving travelers.

The hotel is a few kilometers away from the city, but early check-in is available. There is a tram downstairs that goes to the old town. The scenery outside the window is beautiful and the facilities are also good. It is a cost-effective hotel in Bern and is worth recommending.

Good value for money and free parking. Public transport tickets were also available free of charge when checking in and the stop is right outside the hotel.

The toilet had a peculiar smell, so I didn't change it. I was very scared all night, afraid that insects would fall on me. Why doesn't this hotel install screens?
