The staff were accommodating and speaks English. The place is just 9 minutes from the Nijo Jr station and the city bus terminal is just in front of the hotel. Very convenient. The spa is wonderful. Im recommding it to travelers.

This great, clean hotel, with wonderful stuff and a lovely spa and bath (which is open till 1 am) is in a pretty good location! I really recommend it!

I grabbed a three-night stay at the Double Eleven price. Although it's not in a very busy area, it's very convenient to go out to the subway station, bus station, fresh food supermarket and drugstore. The service is not bad, and the front desk will do its best to solve any problems. One night I bought some big roots and wanted the restaurant to cut them, but they said there was no such service. I asked the front desk to give me a handful🔪 and I was very satisfied! The room is 18 square meters and not small. I didn't eat breakfast in the store, so I can't comment on it. In short, it's still worth staying. By the way, you can go to the 7th floor every night to take a hot spring to relieve fatigue~

I have been going to Kyoto every year for over 10 years for a university seminar reunion. This was my first time booking through Trip.com, and the hotel was new and unfamiliar, but I was very satisfied. The hotel building is not that big, but the rooms are clean and spacious. I was alone and used the large public bath, so the glass door didn't bother me much. Breakfast was included, and there was a wide selection of Japanese and Western dishes, and it was delicious. Perhaps because we had set a time when we checked in, it wasn't crowded and I was able to relax. The staff were also very friendly and I liked their service. The hotel is a little far from Shijo Kawaramachi and other areas, but there is a bus stop right in front of the hotel, and there are many buses, and Nijo Station is less than 5 minutes away, so I recommend it. I would like to stay here again in Kyoto, and I would like to use it in other cities as well.

There is always a premium for hotels in the red leaf season. The room is small, which is considered small in Kyoto hotels. The location is good, there are many bus routes around, and it is very convenient to go to various attractions. There is a public hot spring pool, which is very comfortable to soak in after a day of sightseeing. It is still recommended for couples.
