The best location;opposite Paddington Station(just across the road and bus stops are there too..There are few restaurants around and shops inside the Train Station.The Hotel is clean&safe and also allow you to leave the luggage after check out! Recommended!

A comfortable stay just opposite Paddington Station. Friendly staff and lovely breakfast buffet at the cafe beside hotel. However, it would be good to have a change of items every day as I had the same items during my 5 days’ stay there. Praed Street has many cafes and restaurants available for lunch and dinner. Within walking distance to Hyde Park in the morning makes the place more attractive.

Very good location. If you are rush to buy some snacks before flight, there are SAINSBURYS, M&S ….next to the train station. £15 will be charged to early check in. The room is spacious.

Clean, new and quiet. No amenities like slippers, towel (didn’t bother to ask), safe storage, fridge which were available in nearby hotel with similar price. The receptionists appeared tired, only one of 4 I encountered gave me a smile. These shortcomings can ne soon improved and make it the best in the area because it is still the newest building in the area

Strategic located just next to the Paddington Station, just a stone throw away to the station where you can take the Paddington Line to reach Heathrow Airport. The breakfast was great and delicious, room is spacious and clean. Highly recommended.

The towel are dirty and smelly. There’re eye visible stain, how can they not notice and change it. There’re even used towel hang on the back of the bathroom door

Convenient location. Hotel facilities are new and well maintained. Restaurant in the premises is good. Early check in not available without pre-booking and staff don’t make too much effort to clean up rooms before scheduled after 3 pm check in.

The hotel is very new and super close to the Paddington Station. The station is literally just across the street and the lift is there too if you have a large luggage. The room is very new and clean, but the only complaint I have is that there is no refrigerator in the room and it does not provide slippers. Also please note that the queue for checking in is long. Other than that, the hotel is really a good value for money and I will stay here next time when I am in London.

It was very close to Paddington station and other landmarks to look around in London. The room was clean and the staffs were kind.

Room is ok size for London.batheoom size is really good. It is very convenient to Paddington train station - just right across the road. At the train station you could find supermarkets. And there are many restaurants with different cuisines around.

Great location. The underground and railway way stations are just at the opposite side of the road. There are elevators all the way from the train platform of Heathrow airport. There are quite a number of cafes and restaurants nearby. The room is with reasonable size. Everything is clean and new. But there is not a refrigerator. Get prepared to add GBP5/night to your budget per night, to top up the wifi. The mobile phone signals are very poor, while the free wi-fi is with very low speed. It needs your patience for opening your emails. Audio/video meetings are impossible.

Location is great! Near train station just across the road. Staff is not too nice, I asked for some support but the lady staff shows the grumpy face and just point that I should ask the others. Honestly, this should be improved.
