A nice place for it's price. Near the metrostation, many halal food around the hotel, and LIDL. The hotel staff is so friendly.

The hostel is very very poor the personnel is not friendly one people Italian in the night 07/03/2025 at 23:50 is racism the room smiles I advise people to book this ****

Grand Hotel Berlin urban has aircon and the reception is nice!

The hotel room is very small and no have water and teeth brush also washing room is very small and expensive so I suggest to book another hotel

Really close to the metro station and bus stops . Very convenient location. Lots of cheap food options nearby. Amazing staff at the reception.

Slight confusion upon arrival regarding booking confirmation. However that was swiftly dealt with. Room was clean, quiet and warm despite freezing temperatures outside. Nice location, easy transportation to airport and sights. Plenty of kebab shops in the local area with useful supermarkets.

Great experience, You can have a private area with 50 eu. But the room is A bit unventilated

You have to bring your own towel, soap and shampoo because they don’t provide that for you or you can buy it from the front or supermarket nearby but the room is good

Early check-in is not possible. There were no towels provided. If you are staying in a shared room, you will have to find your own bed after checking in.

The youth hostel staff are very enthusiastic, the rooms are very clean and safe. The transportation is very convenient and it is very close to the city center attractions.
