"Great welcome and warm service, nothing to complain about the staff (smiling people answer our questions and take the time to explain to you! Unfortunately this is not the case for the housekeepers who do not do their part (apart from one relatively clean bed (hair still found in it) dust is not made anywhere, dust settles absolutely everywhere, crumbs lie on the desk, traces on the bottom of the beds as well as the doors and handles. don't want to touch it, not to mention the toilet if you dare to lift the seat you will find a mixture of drying urine and other unknown stains) In addition to that we had to deal with mosquitoes which did not! doesn't matter because there's not much they can do about it. Enough for a single night but lacking in cleanliness, thanks to the ladies at reception and the waiter in the dining room for raising the standard!"

"It is very close to the airport, and the location is really convenient. Passengers who want to take an early flight can come here first. However, the table was not cleaned when checking in, and hygiene needs to be strengthened. The rest performed just fine."

"In general I am satisfied with the service in the hotel. However, I requested a quiet room and the hotel staff placed me next to some very noisy guests. Cleaning staff were very noisy in the morning too. I was not able to have very good rest due to noise. Windows and walls were not sound-proof. Art and decorations were nice in the hotel. Location was very nice and carpark price is Ok though slightly expensive. Mix of guests were not too nice the days that we stayed in."

"Nice hotel, good location. We rented a suite for a combined business and pleasure trip. Hotel is rights above a supermarket. Be careful!! Supermarket delivery trucks keep you from sleeping at night. Also Internet connection not working. Strongly recommend to not stay here. At least not when you are expecting a good night sleep.....Only poor excuse was offered. Friendly staff, just noisy rooms. Stay away!"
