The rooms are big and pretty, there's a lot of space and the kitchen is well equipped. Localisation is great. The hotel is near the city centre, and there is a lot of places to eat in nearby. Rooms are clean and have big refigator, microwave, coffee mashine, iron and washing machine

Α very beautiful central apartment.Our appartments was a seperate one in the center of the city (at Viale Papa Giovanni) . It was spacious with very good atmosper and design. Very clean near to everything. almost inside the commercial market and a few minutes walk from the old town and all the attractions. I would choose it again.

My partner and I took the kids to Italy for a summer holiday and we booked this place looking at the photos from their website and we fall in love with it. Paid top price for one night and when we got there we were given instructions to go to another flat around the corner on a busy road. Flat was horrible dull and the balcony had a horrible view to a wall full of mould. We asked them to change the location for us to what they have online and this was not an option. We couldn't even take the kids for dinner because there was no key in the flat. Tried to call them multiple times and they didn't take the phone until we used a different number. We didn't stay there and left. This to me is selling us something not as described for a very high price. We didn't stay and they didn't even consider refunding us knowing the terrible service we received. Stay away from this place! They get one star because I had to put something to do this feedback for me they get nothing.

We stayed in the apartments for a few days and it was absolutely brilliant! They were clean, in a perfect location and had all the facilities you need. The staff were incredibly friendly and made the experience just that much better. Highly recommend these apartments!

Stayed at ReGo in Piazza Giacomo Carrara. Everything was great. Communication with Pietro was easy and he was really quick to contact me and answer questions. Margarita who met us at the apartment was knowledgeable of the area and helpful. Apartment was clean with all the basic necessities. A cot and baby bedding was left for our 7 month old Daughter. Would definitely recommend. Thanks again!

Dalle foto eravamo convinti ma si è dimostrata una scelta pessima, Personale non professionale ci hanno lasciato fuori il cancello per 45 minuti in attesa che ci venivo ad aprire, Non c’è privacy dalle finestre i vicini vedono tutto, Appartamento molto rumoroso, La caldaia si è bloccata e sono stato una giornata intera con acqua fredda senza poter fare una doccia, Bagno piccolo e molto scomodo. Pulizia scarsa. Infine abbiamo trovato sotto al letto un assorbente femminile usato, Vergognoso e prezzi molto alti. Non ci tornerò Bocciato

Nos sentimos estafados. Por una parte, el apartamento está alejado, no hay fotos del apartamento en Booking y está 400 metros más abajo que recepción, con una cuesta muy inclinada. Fueron muy poco flexibles con el checkout, ya que nuestro bebé estaba enfermo y llovía a mares. Por si eso fuera poco, nos quieren cobrar 50€ de más por limpieza extra porque el bebé vomitó (ya lo habíamos limpiado nosotros con la fregona y dejamos todo recogido). El lavavajillas no funcionaba y las camas son muy incómodas. Nos hicieron pagar en efectivo y no nos dieron ninguna factura.

Posizione abbastanza strategica tra Bergamo alta e Bergamo alta. L’hotel è autonomo e senza personale ma tutto gestito perfettamente con codici per accedere alla stanza o al bar… la camera era di nostro gradimento e soprattutto pulita. Il prezzo era coerente, lo consiglierei.
