Good hotel, clean and all items were provided completely included drinks. Parking is fee. I love it.

It's a value for money place in Beppu. facilities are complete with coin laundry, common cooking area, free drinks, games and Netflix movies in the common area. Free parking. My family enjoyed staying here for 2 nights although beds can be improved for better comfort.

Great place. But parking is only 6 or 7 only . Cannot guarantee you can park in hostel or nearby. It is good luck for me to get in almost every time. Hwoever overall is good.

This type room is big & very comfortable for 2 persons with big luggages, the room is very clean but we need to made bed by ourselves. Staff is very nice and can suggest the good recommendations for nearby onsen and good restaurants around there. The common space and kitchen room is also good, they are provide many type of drinking with ice for us. This hotel is located very close to beach, Beppu tower and ‘Don Quijote’. Love it. If you have plan to go to Beppu, it is very good choice ! Recommended!!

The hotel is in a great location, just across the street from the ocean. It's also close to a large supermarket, restaurants, and a bus stop, and it's not far from Beppu JR Station. It's like a family hostel, with a shared kitchen in the lobby and free seasonings and drinks. It's clean and quiet, offering excellent value for money.

Our trip was hit by a typhoon, and JR train services were suspended for the day, preventing us from reaching the destination. The accommodation agreed to cancel our reservation and provide a full refund, which was truly appreciated! When service resumed the following afternoon, we chose this accommodation again and rebooked for another night. Our room was on the second floor, without an elevator, but the staff even helped with our luggage, which was very thoughtful. The common area was spacious, stocked with comics, games, and drinks, and there was also a fully equipped kitchen. Although we booked a room with a kitchen, we had to bring our own pots and pans from the ground floor; they weren't included in the room. The staff was very friendly and spoke English! Overall, the accommodation was very comfortable, and the location was great—we were within walking distance of the station and the nearby beach.

We stayed overnight in Beppu from Hakata. A taxi from Beppu Station to the hotel cost about 700 yen. The room was clean and tidy, and the children were very happy. There's a self-service water bar in the basement where you can pour as much water as you want. There's also a shelf in the basement for shampoo and shower products for the hot springs, which you can take back to the hotel after use. My daughter and I went to Kaimonji Onsen, which is about a 5-minute walk away.

This is the most cost-effective hotel I stayed in Japan on this trip. It has a bit of a hostel feel, but the rooms are standard Japanese inns, with tatami mats, private bathrooms, and spacious rooms. The hotel lobby, which I prefer to call a living room, is a relaxing space. Free drinks, tea, and coffee are available, and there are three game consoles at the bar. The bookshelf on the other side is filled with comic books. It's a short walk from Beppu Station, about a 10-minute walk.

Everything was great~ There was free water and drinks, which saved me a lot of money in the summer. There was crushed ice! However, the Japanese-style rooms didn't have curtains... I was woken up by the light at 5 a.m.... Light sleepers wouldn't recommend booking a Japanese-style room.
