Spa Hotels in Bentong

This is my second stay here. All good except the location is not so strategic😊. Quite scary to drive alone to the hotel, especially at night time. Anyway, i will come back again on my next visit.

Good for overall sbb view cantik, cuma aircond fan tak berapa nak kuat, air sinki slow dan boleh trip kalu salah pasang suis, but boleh on balik dalam bilik je sbb box utama dalam almari bilik.

The location is good but a bit far from the main entertainment area. The room is spacious and comfortable. I was staying at the high level of the hotel and it was very cloudy all the time. There is 2 blocks of the hotel and it’s mixed with the residents and it was a bit confusing to find the room and parking area. It was a good stayed and recommended to those who planned to go to GPO and take the cable car to the entertainment centre.

A nice place to visit for a change from monotonous life, cool weather and a happening place.Despite its location , there are some concerns which should be checked by the management, we were in deluxe suite room, the room was very spacious but there are some points which i would like to mention ,there was blood stain in the bedsheet, toilet flush was noisy , water was running throughout the time, window locks were not good,now a days microwave in room is very common but that was missing , in my opinion maintaining old charm is good but the need of renovations should be kept in mind. Anyways we enjoyed staying there the breakfast buffet was too good ,lot of food options . Resort provides free shuttle for its guests to visit Japanese Garden. Evening music shows and zumba dance was fun, even we were lucky to witness lion dance also.

A very beautiful hotel in a quiet and serene place. Great for a break from the hustle and bustle of the city. Good spread for breakfast but needs improving on the coffee.One drawback is the water in the toilet. It was pretty rusty when we tried to use the jacuzzi. So we were a little disappointed.

Rooms: My room was spacious, beautifully decorated, and spotlessly clean. The bed was incredibly comfortable, with high-quality linens that made it easy to unwind after a long day. The bathroom was equally impressive, featuring modern fixtures, plush towels, and premium toiletries. I especially appreciated the little touches, such as the complimentary water and coffee, but the wifi wasnt't working throughout my stay Amenities: The hotel offers a range of amenities that enhance the experience. The on-site restaurant served delicious meals, with a diverse menu to suit every taste. The fitness center was well-equipped, and I took advantage of the spa services, which were absolutely amazing. The skypool offered an amazing view of the city. Cleanliness & Comfort: Throughout my stay, the hotel maintained a high standard of cleanliness. Every space, from the lobby to the hallways to the room itself, was spotless. The comfort level was also exceptional, and I felt completely at ease throughout my visit. We recently stayed at Magtree Genting hotel, in room 2004, tower 4, and had a mixed experience overall. The hotel is generally okay, but there are a few areas that need improvement. Firstly, the bunk bed in our room seemed to be broken. When our children slept on it, the bed shook quite a bit, which was concerning. This issue needs to be addressed promptly, either by repairing or replacing the bunk bed to ensure the safety and comfort of future guests. Secondly, the cleanliness of the bathroom left much to be desired. It was not cleaned thoroughly, and this was quite disappointing. A higher standard of cleanliness is expected, especially in the bathroom area. As for the breakfast, it was just so-so. The selection was quite limited, with options such as fried noodles, fried rice, Nasi lemak, soup noodles, small sausages, fried eggs, roti canai, curry chicken and bread. However, there was no milk, cereal, or cake for the children. Additionally, we found that the creamer seemed to have been bitten by either a cockroach or a mouse, which was quite unappetizing. We have photos to support this observation. Overall, while the hotel is generally okay, there are significant areas that need improvement, particularly with the bunk bed, bathroom cleanliness, and breakfast quality. We hope these issues will be addressed to enhance the overall guest experience.

The sunset is super beautiful, and you can have a chance to see the sea of ​​clouds when you get up early. The room service is very good, and the musty smell was dealt with in less than 5 minutes!

Bit confused on arrival since lack or signboard to check-in location but cleared by guard posted at front entrance. More confused when heading to lobby location from parking level to lobby since again lack of directions signboards to designated area. Should be more warnings and signs since there's two hotel in one building. But wifi at it's best on location helps with my online works.

It seems that the property was originally built as a condominium and later renovated into a hotel. I arrived around 8:15 PM, but there were no staff at the front desk. Instead, there was a sign instructing guests to send a message via WhatsApp. After sending the message, a staff member arrived after a while. There was no parking on-site, so I had to park at a separate building (the parking fee was waived). Sounds of people walking and water running were quite audible, making it hard to fall asleep at night. The hot spring was lukewarm compared to my expectations, but it was somewhat enjoyable. Overall, it was really average, and I don't think I'll visit again.
