The hotel cant even provide a decent breakfast even i had paid more than rm400. They only give plain porride and fried noddle and no refill from staff once porridge is finish. And hotel don even tissue inside the room. And only give single towel as book for 2 minimum. The staff say that the policies, i not sure what kind policies they have that make guest unhappy. I think is last time i will consider book this hotel as i alway come janda baik wit my daughter for nature play. I think other chalet or hotel can better than them.

The hotel is a little out of the way to town and other eateries. There is literally no grab/uber service to bring you out if you’re looking to adventure outside of the hotel. The food at the restaurant needs to be improved. We ordered char kway teow but it was served half cold.

The largest resort in the area:
On the first day of check-in, I couldn't even read the card on the door lock, so I flipped through the left one and rotated a few cards first.
The entire hotel will have a power outage from 5 to 6 pm on the next day, leaving some basic facilities such as elevators/partial public lighting without power.
The other night I couldn't read the card on the door lock, so I had to hire someone to change the other lock.
Then I returned to my room after breakfast the next morning and couldn't read the card again, but this time I changed the card and it was ok. (Titi breakfast includes fried noodles, fried rice, porridge, baked beans, sausages, square buns, corn flakes, and general drinks)
I won't stay here again unless necessary.

Good for overall sbb view cantik, cuma aircond fan tak berapa nak kuat, air sinki slow dan boleh trip kalu salah pasang suis, but boleh on balik dalam bilik je sbb box utama dalam almari bilik.
