"Beautiful view from room, lobby staff all looking sharp, service effective most of time, keen to solve problem when you bring the problem to their face.
Yet first resort/hotel I encountered that seemingly outsourced their phone service to somewhere else, every time I call, in room or outside, I would be told a “case” would be lodged in the system and passed to other staff who didn’t actually show up to fix the problem. In the very contrary if you go to the lobby and talk to the sharp looking folks there they get you problem solved/question answered right away. Odd."
"the service staff is nice, they introduce the facility and room induction so carefully and the room is so clean and bright, it's a good place for the sport and enthusiasts they have golf, gym, swimming pool, soccer field, tennis beside the hotel, but the surrounding doesn't have too much restaurants to choose"
"This resort is located in a quiet and green golf area so it’s very comfortable. It takes about 15 to 20 mins to anywhere by driving in the Gold Coast area. The resort has literally everything you need (pool, golf course, tennis court and free breakfast for us).
It’s not new premise though and needs some renovations soon. But things are kept generally clean and tidy.
At the price I paid, it’s great value for money. My kids love this place. Will come again."

"Very comfortable, beautiful scenery, you can cook by yourself, kitchen utensils are complete, you can go down to the swimming pool downstairs, the only drawback is that the transportation is inconvenient, the station is a bit away, and there is a departure every hour"
"I felt like there were a lot of party-loving guests, so I recommend this place to those who like to socialize. However, there is zero calmness due to music playing from the morning and the noise of people returning home in the morning. There are no curtains on the dormitory beds, so be sure to bring an eye mask and earplugs. Alcohol is not allowed to be brought in, so you have to order it from the bar inside."
"The apartment-style hotel feels like home. It is only a 10-minute walk from the Surfers Paradise Commercial Street. The large supermarket is economical and affordable to eat comfortably! Dining in Australia feels very expensive, so it’s better to buy something to cook in the hotel. The hotel is equipped with large and small pots, bowls, knives, and forks. They can make delicious and delicious. Sitting on the terrace and drinking an authentic Australian beer, Meidi what! ! You can also walk on the beach, blow the sea breeze, and watch the sunrise and sunset! ! Buy a ten-dollar bus 🚌 look, you can go to the outlets to take an unlimited number of buses and trains for one day. Good things are much cheaper! !"
"The hotel is really old. Even when it is clean, looks like dirty, because it is too old. The wall are not sound proof, so I couldn't sleep because I could hear everything outsite. It is like there was no wall.
Also there is a huge proble of humidity in the apartment. When I arrive in the afternoon at the ap, the floor was weat from humidity."
"Top location, convenient to go anywhere! My room faces west, mainly looking at the lake view, beautiful! The sea view can also be seen from the balcony. There is no intrusion of the crazy sea breeze, you can play leisurely on the balcony! Although the room equipment is old but very clean; The supplies provided were relatively small, but they were sufficient.
It must be complained that the resort has a sea view coast, and there are bars nearby. Young people are crazy to play. In the middle of the night, they are revelling downstairs, especially on weekends, basically screaming all night... I used earplugs and it was difficult to sleep. The sound insulation of the hotel windows is too bad."
"The room was spacious, but needed more detailed cleaning, ie. glass windows, couch. The air con dripped water, and had mould on the air fins. No dishwasher tablets for the dishwasher. The single beds sagged in the middle. The air con seemed undersized for the space. Some kitchen cupboard doors were hard to open, one wouldn't close at all.
But otherwise, the location was good and the unit safe and secure, the kitchen was reasonably well equipped, the views were nice. Pity that the fire alarms went off twice after hours with two firetrucks having to attend to reset the alarms, quite disruptive."
