"This is a luxurious and private hotel. Highly recommended for those who want to enjoy a quiet staycation and relax. It feels like a lot of care was put into each and every object, starting from the marble floor. But as you know... food and drinks in the hotel are quite expensive. However, the quality of the free activities is much better than that of the Hilton right next door, so we recommend taking full advantage of the activities. In particular, yoga outdoors while watching the sunrise at 7 a.m. remains one of my best memories! Plus, the spa facilities and massages are of the highest quality, so I recommend you try them. There is a separate space and pool that only spa users can use, and it is really beautiful...."
"Quite basic and nothing special... The only advantage is the location very close to the Airport.... The worst part was when the service manager started arguing with me (guest) for not wanting to give me bottled water... Wow, how miserable it is, anywhere in the world they give you water to drink without so much drama!!!"
"A lot of luxury, very cool, there is no parking, you leave your car on the street, the dishes were not washed well, the use of the sailboat is free, but they charge you 200 pesos for environmental tax and they give you a bracelet that says it is 58 pesos because of this tax and they don't give bracelets to everyone, someone does business there, then the rivers say in the ads that they close at 7, but the staff takes you out at 6, and the main attraction of the water park is still useless. So I would return, the food in the Brazilian restaurant is very good, better than in the oriental one, which is the only one you have to reserve."

"Hotel molto particolare immerso nella riserva Maya. Stanze comode e sufficientemente spaziose. Colazione molto buona, non varia. Nel complesso lo consiglierei per un breve soggiorno"
"I had mixed feelings about this hotel:
-Very spacious room/suite and comfortable bed.
-Nice places to hang out in the hotel with nice views.
-Staff was very friendly
But:
-Poor isolation. We got awaken by loud music from neighbors’ tv at 6 AM. We heard everything as if the speakers were in our room.
-Disappointing breakfast (only toast and fruits).
Overall good experience, but could be better for a 4-star hotel."
"I’d say this is the best hostel in my entire solo trip this year. More spacious rooms and location is just perfect. U can also book breakfast to save on money. They have a bunch of activities but unfortunately I didn’t join in. Had a busy schedule. Don’t hesitate to check it out if u r in Cancun"
"It is a nature-friendly place. While riding a bike around the hotel, I was able to meet various animals such as coatis, lizards, and iguanas. The beach right in front is beautiful, and there are many restaurants that serve delicious food, so I was happy while staying at the hotel."

Great
TTinoThis rating is really being demanding. But the stay was good! Okay
In the restaurant area the service is slow, as they lack staff, the staff do everything.
The free shuttle from the hotel to the airport took 15 minutes longer than expected.
The bathroom in the room needs cleaning supervision, there was a piece of paper on the towel rack in the sink.
The facilities are very comfortable, and the treatment is very friendly.
CChanYee TingMy main complaints are for the service and instruction I experienced during my stay.
We were told it is peak season (a week after Easter vacation) so they were being busy.
After we checked in, no guideline/instruction were given.
We did not know which restaurants require a reservation, how to do room service, the location of the activities. Therefore we missed a lot of chance to receive the 'ALL-INCLUSIVE' service.
We were planning to join an activity, but we could not find it. We asked 3 staffs and finally one staff led us to the avenue.
Similar situation happened many times, staffs are unsure about most of the things.
In the restaurant, we ordered foods and they took us over 1 hour to arrive.
We requested for drinks or utensils they just simply forgot.
With the poor hospitality, I don't recommend this resort if you want to have peace in mind during the trip.
JJohnWhile this is a well located girl for airport access the room was not up to standard.
There was insufficient lighting in the room, apparently a lamp was missing.
The shower head needs replacing because it doesn't function effectively
BBI made a reservation because it was close to Cancun Airport and there was an airport drop bus service. The facilities are clean. Since it is a Marriott affiliated hotel, the standard is maintained to a certain degree. I made a room-only reservation and was able to eat breakfast for free. However, the window cannot be opened.
It was a little frustrating, and I was disappointed that the housekeeping service was not good at English.
QQINGPINGEverything is great, and I will come here again! We had fun in the water park and regretted that couldn't have more time to play in it. The tours recommended by the hotel staff are also very good, and our children like them very much.
VVillitaHotel nearby the airport around 10 min drive.
There’s a free shuttle to hotel, unfortunately the pick up from airport is very poorly organized and executed (I requested the hotel to notify me on the schedules and where should I take the shuttle but nobody reply) I found it by chance :/…
The check in took around 90 minutes (no kidding) but guess it was an extraordinary situation.. good if you must stay overnight for a transit or want to be near airport.
Breakfast not bad and room pretty basic.
GGuest UserA very very refreshing atmosphere when you arrive they welcome you by playing the welcome bell, the people are very attentive, the pool and the roof have a spectacular view, the last day before finishing our vacation we recommend the place

GGuest UserBe aware of this scam. Compare picture they posted on the official website and what we had ( pictures are added ). This is not at all what you would expect .Super dirty place with dim light in the room.. scary .. On the top of this they charge you more for the airport shuttle as it was discussed . I saved our conversation about the fee, agreed to it. The taxi came and charged us different price , after that hotel doesn’t respond.. I hope trip.com will take care of refund as they really good at customer support.
ZzzqzzqzzqThe hotel did not arrange the view room as provided by Ctrip. We booked a lagoon view, but were given a room above the parking lot. The glass windows were extremely dirty and full of dust and stains. We asked for a change, and were given a room one floor lower in the same location. Then we were given a room with a sea view. However, the sink in the room was not cleaned, and the manager ignored us. We stayed here for one night in transit. However, the quality of the Westin brand was seriously damaged. The hotel had a good sea view, and agreed to arrange a late check-out. The price was reasonable, but we could not expect the standard of Westin!

GGuest UserThere's a free shuttle service to the airport, but it is offered few fixed times a day only. You would be very lucky the shuttle time works for your flights.
Alternative transport options from the airport are very expensive, even if very close, 10 min ride.
I would encourage looking for transport options before booking a room here.
